CIA Director Meets With Top Cuban Officials in Havana

CIA Director John Ratcliffe has met with top Cuban officials in Havana. Reuters reports a CIA official saying Ratcliffe told Cuba’s leadership the US is prepared to engage seriously on economic and security issues, but only if Havana makes sweeping changes. Cuba says both sides want closer cooperation on law enforcement. It also says it poses no threat to US security.
