Pan Am Bomber Released + Libya-U.K. Oil Deal

Pan Am flight 103 was blown up over Lockerbie,Scotland in December 1988. One man was convicted of the bombing, a Libyan national Al-Megrahi, who was a Libyan intelligence official and also Head of Libyan Airline Security at the time. Al-Megrahi has since been released by Scotland's Parliament on compassionate grounds, serving only 2 weeks per victim.
