I love this music and video. I've already done a shoddy remake of it in 2021 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIPF86kET8E), but 32 years later, the anime finally got a Blu-ray version, and I had to try it again with more dedication to the original version
This version comes from [Virtuality] You're Under Arrest (1994) (1080p JPBD Remux) release, and was upscaled to 4K with Topaz Video AI Proteus. It uses clips from the First and the start of the second episodes from S00 VOL1,

Then found every single cut and scene Wakibozu used in his original video and rematched them as close as possible, and I finally found a .flac file of the music used (club mix version) to make it better too.

Again, I hope the original poster likes it as much as I did.
