00:00It's peach season down here in the south and growing up my mom always used to take extra fruit
00:04and bake it into oatmeal for us kids so I'm going to make it for me and my friends here
00:07at work.
00:08The first thing you're going to do is take a paring knife and start to peel your peach. Remove
00:12the pit and then get some gentle nice slices. After you have your two cups of peaches what you want
00:17to do is make your oatmeal mixture. To a bowl you're going to add your eggs, your almond milk,
00:22dark brown sugar, coconut oil, orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder,
00:28nutmeg, and salt and then you're going to whisk it all together until it's nice and smooth. Then add
00:33your rolled oats and your fresh peaches. Fold this all together then you can move it into a sprayed
00:387 by 11 inch dish and put it into the oven. You're going to bake at 375 degrees for about
00:4440 minutes
00:44or until the oatmeal has set and your peaches are nice and golden brown on top. Look at that!
00:52Wow! With a little bit of creamy yogurt and some crunchy walnuts on top it's delicious.
00:58Make a second and rear isc daytime.
00:58Also, we're going to be looking forward to making a little bit of one.
