00:22To give the context, insofar as the war against narcotics goes, this has shown consistent
00:34performance since the year 2023 in all parameters.
00:40There have been sustained property attachments and from 2023 to 2026, in terms of attachment
00:50of property, there has been a 12-fold increase.
00:55JNK police has been ranked number three nationally during 2025 in this regard.
01:04There have been 240 pit NDPS detentions.
01:10For pit NDPS detentions, JNK police is ranked number one in the country in the year 2025.
01:19Specifically on Nasha Mukt Abhyan, there has been nearly a 7-fold increase since the comparative
01:30period of the last year and the number of NDPS cases have been arrested who were involved
01:37in 724 cases, i.e. FIRs.
01:40The significant arrests made in this regard are Gulzar Ahmed, alias Law Gujar, who was wanted
01:50in 28 cases.

01:55Similarly, Avneet Singh, alias Nagi, who was wanted in 17 cases of Jammu province.

04:154,962 kgs of narcotics and 6,493 units of psychotropic substances have been disposed of.
04:25So, driving licenses of 162 of those involved in narcotics have been cancelled or suspended.
04:36Similarly, registration certificates of vehicles involved, 92 have been cancelled or suspended.
04:4410 passports have been recommended and 10 passports have been recommended for being impounded.
