00:00Our latest Rockin' Road trip takes us to the Fillmore in Detroit on Woodward, pristinely cared for.
00:07That is how I would describe the Fillmore.
00:10We had a chance to check in with one of the people who's responsible for that, the facilities manager, Michael
00:16Erickson,
00:16who told us what it takes in the way of teamwork to keep the Fillmore in shape.
00:21And it's the nighttime cleaning crew and the during-show cleaning crew and the security guards and guest services and
00:28the management.
00:29And it's the difference in between working someplace and caring for a place.
00:33Absolutely.
00:34Michael told us that he felt like he was raised by the venue and is privileged to be able to
00:38take care of it today.
00:39That's what makes the Fillmore more than a theater.
00:42It is a huge part of our Detroit rock culture, and it is an integral part of the curation of
00:47our future rock history.
00:49One great moment at a time.
00:50The Weird, the Wild, the Wonderful.
