Located on ten acres of lovely land in Madhavaram, North Chennai, the Prestige Palm Court Master Plan is a smart, forward-thinking design. Large open areas and more than fifty planned facilities are included in this historic project. The development consists of four G+19-story high-rise towers with 860 luxurious apartments. Just 20% of the land is used for construction, with the rest of it being used for parks and recreation in order to prioritize nature.
