WITH PIX AND VID

An adorable flock of sheep have formed an unlikely friendship with two young children, following them around their Icelandic farm “like shadows.”
The heartwarming footage was filmed by Agnieszka Stefania, a mum from Hvolsvöllur, Iceland.
The videos and photos show children Sara, eight, and five-year-old Tómas spending time with their beloved hobby farm sheep, many of which were hand-raised by the family.
Some of the sheep can be seen following the children across the farm, enjoying cuddles and eagerly running over whenever food appears.
Agnieszka explained that the sheep are not part of a commercial farm, but are kept simply because the family loves them as well as each have their own unique personality.
The family’s sheep have also become a surprise highlight for guests staying at their Icelandic retreat.
Agnieszka said: “The bottle-fed ones, the lambs we raised by hand, follow Sara and Tómas like shadows.
“The bottle-fed sheep always stay the closest. They don’t just tolerate humans they seek us out.
“We keep hobby farm sheep not for commercial farming, but simply because we love them.
“Most have names given by the children. Each one has a distinct personality: some are bold and playful, almost like house pets, while others are gentler and more cautious.
”Two of the family favourites are sheep named Dopa and Reindeer, both named by the children.
“Some of the tamest ones will even join us on walks around the farm.
“Watching tiny newborn lambs take their first wobbly steps never gets old, for the kids or for us.
“Watching a lamb we bottle-fed grow into a full sheep who still trots over the moment she hears your voice, that never stops feeling special.
“Our guests can watch the sheep and lambs directly from their cabin windows.”
