Luke Potter, from Tamboerskloof, Cape Town, South Africa, captured the destruction as a powerful cold front swept through the Western Cape.
The video shows fierce winds, reportedly exceeding 120 km/h, tearing the roof structure from the sports facility and sending debris flying across the courts.
Glass safety walls can be seen shattered across the purple playing surface as the lightweight metal roofing collapses under the force of the storm.
