00:04So over here you can see that I have this slide right here in PowerPoint and let's say I want
00:10to
00:10share this out with others who don't have access to PowerPoint. So you can go ahead and then give
00:16them access to the file by converting it into a universal file format called PDF. So to do that
00:23you can simply go to file menu and then you can go to export and choose create PDF XPS document
00:29and click on create PDF XPS. Then what you can do is select out a place where you want to
00:35export it
00:36and choose whether you want the size to be minimal or standard and change around the other options and
00:41select out slides as well. So as I do this I'm just going to go ahead and click on publish
00:47and as you
00:48do that what happens is that now the file gets exported out as a PDF file and you can see
00:54that
00:54I'm using a web browser to access out its content without actually using PowerPoint right here.
01:01So this is what you have as you can see and that is basically how you can go ahead and
01:06export out
01:07your PowerPoint file as a PDF file easily. So I hope you found this video useful. Be sure to hit
01:14the
01:14like button. Don't forget to share this out with your friends and family and for more contents like
