Dela Rosa supporters rush to Senate gates after gunshots heard
Panic briefly erupted outside the Senate in Pasay City after gunshots were heard inside the Senate building on Wednesday, May 13, prompting supporters of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa to surge toward the Senate gates.
Police personnel and Senate security immediately formed defensive lines and tightened security as tensions escalated outside the compound amid issues surrounding the ICC arrest warrant against Dela Rosa.
