00:00Well firstly I'm not going to deny there's been a turbulent last couple of days but as we've seen

00:35the negotiations I've been doing with the European Union things like reducing barriers to trade in
00:40food and drink work we've been doing together with the EU on energy so what I'll be putting forward in
00:46the bill on the EU is a bill that is going to bear down on the cost of the weekly
00:51shot bid on an energy
00:52bills produce long-term energy security very very important going forward delivering for people
00:59the cost of living which is what we need to be doing
