00:07Yes, that's Betty.
00:14And there's Matthew.
00:16First steps?
00:18Yep.
00:20That's Betty holding on to his hand.
00:25Yeah, it makes me sad.
00:26I mean, the mother of my children is no longer.
00:33I mean, it doesn't even look like he's capable.
00:37I mean, there's no red flags.
00:41There seems to be love between everybody.
00:55The case began as a fire call to a home in Castle Rock today.
00:59Police were called after firefighters found one person dead inside the home.
01:04Police say Matthew Buchanan is the sole suspect in the death of Elizabeth Biorlo, his mother.
01:17Yes.
01:20This one's hard to see.
01:23I can see clearly that this is Matthew, but this is not the Matthew that I knew.
01:29This is, oh, I don't know.
01:35Yeah.
01:36It's hard to process this picture, you know, because I know where he is and I know what got him
01:40put there.
01:43He had threatened to kill me, you know, several times.
01:47And I always thought it was just words.
01:51It's just like, this can't be true.
01:53Like I said, this is not the Matthew that I knew.
02:24It's just like, this is not the Matthew that I knew.
02:41So this is my cabin.
02:42This is where I work.
02:44This is where I play.
02:45This is my man cave, so to speak.
02:48But I spend a lot of time in here.
02:51This is where I was when I got the call from my daughter and found out that her mother was
02:56killed and that Matthew did it.
03:01And I pretty much just collapsed in my chair and sat there for a minute trying to process the information.
03:24The police told us that we needed to get out of our house and find somewhere else to be based
03:29on the threats that he gave that he was coming here to kill.
03:33Which all of a sudden it became credible threats because now, now we had the harsh realization that he was
03:41capable of killing.
03:43It's a horror story.
03:46What are you going to do?
03:48You know, what threat am I going to face?
03:52Is my son going to be carrying a gun?
03:54Is he carrying a knife?
03:56There were a lot of variables I just couldn't answer.
03:58Didn't know what I would do if I saw him.
04:00I just didn't know.
04:02You know, all I know is that he's coming to kill.
04:06He's being at the police station.
04:07He's being at the cross and killed him.
04:14He's being at the bullseye when the son of the king was calling himself.
04:19He's being at the 잡아, he's being at the throne of the king who said I loved him.
04:23He's being at the king of the king of the king Lucy.
04:35Yeah, this is a cute little moment, you know.
04:45I mean, when you look at his eyes in here, this is the little mat that I started with, you
04:53know.
04:54He's smiling, he's engaging, he's looking at you in your eyes, and just joy.
05:02He was a joy at this point in life.
05:06This is a point in time where I still had hopes and dreams that he was going to do things
05:11in life and be something that he wanted to be.
05:15It's just like his whole life was ahead of him.
05:27Yeah.
05:28Ah, I need a second.
05:40It's just such an innocent time.
05:45When I look at the pictures of him younger and everything, it takes me back to that place.
05:53Matthew means a gift from God.
05:57And not that he's not a gift from God.
05:59I still believe that he was a gift from God and everything.
06:01But does that mean gifts from God are murderers?
06:15It was, uh, Sunnyvale, California.
06:19A friend of mine in the apartment complex I was, I was in, inviting me to go to his church,
06:25and I did.
06:27Betty and I just met and started talking.
06:33Shortly thereafter, the pastor says, God told me that these two need to be together.
06:38It was a natural progression in life to me.
06:41Who am I to go against what God wants?
06:43We use that, I think, as a confirmation that, you know, maybe there's something more in this.
06:50And together, we realized that next thing you know, we got married.
07:05Say, hey.
07:08There's the little one.
07:09Oh, he's been looking at his chair.
07:11He's sitting at his table.
07:13There's the big girl.
07:14Well, I've always studied the Bible.
07:16It's a joy to take somebody and teach them, you know, right and wrong.
07:23And I would read to them Bible stories out of picture books, you know, so that they could see, you
07:29know, we could talk about the pictures as, as we read the story.
07:34And the idea was, you know, teach them our faith.
07:39Showing love, you know, kindness, and trying to teach them how to be a good member of society.
07:46There was a point in time when everything was great.
07:50I don't know that I prayed to be a good dad.
07:52I just, I guess, just instinctually, I felt like maybe I was.
07:59You know, everything just seemed to be falling into place.
08:06Here's Daddy and his two boys.
08:18Here's Daddy and his two boys.
08:18She was actually out having an affair for quite some time.
08:23And, you know, I was kind of stunned.
08:27We've got these young children together, and she's out having an affair.
08:33And she said, there's things that you don't know about me.
08:37And I'm like, yeah, you're right.
08:39She says, well, I smoke.
08:42I smoke pot.
08:44But then she told me, she said, well, I'm tired of being a mom.
08:47I'm tired of being a wife.
08:50And I'm tired of playing the goody-goody two-shoes role.
08:56And she says, she said, I want out.
09:11Of course, I was overwhelmed because I had to take on that role of being father and mother.
09:18We tried to make life normal again.
09:21But, you know, how do you do that?
09:24It's like, I just did the best that I could.
09:28And around that time, I noticed, really, that something was different with Matthew.
09:34He had a mean streak.
09:37I remember one time, all the kids were in the basement.
09:41That's where we hung out.
09:42They were just playing with each other.
09:45And I think one of the kids squirted shaving cream.
09:48And that started a shaving cream war.
09:51They started running around, chasing each other, trying to rub shaving cream on each other, you know.
09:58And it was fun to everybody.
10:01But when Matthew joined in, he rubbed shaving cream in my niece's eyes.
10:08And while he was doing that, he was laughing.
10:13And I pulled him aside.
10:16And he was still laughing and giggling the whole time I was trying to correct him.
10:20And I was trying to tell him, you know, that's not playing anymore.
10:24You could hurt her eyes by doing that.
10:27And I couldn't understand why he thought that was funny.
10:31It scared me a little bit to think that he knew that he was hurting her, but still somehow found
10:36it funny.
10:47My daughter told me, basically, he put a dog leash on her and jerked her down and pulled her around
10:53and treated her like a dog.
10:55She said it was really hurting her, and it was choking her, and she couldn't get him to stop.
11:02To me, that was like more than playing hard.
11:05That was like demeaning, you know.
11:08Like a message to her that he did not value her at all.
11:13I confronted him about it, but he denied, and he got angry at me for thinking that he could do
11:19such a thing.
11:22What I really hope for is for him to be honest about it and say, yes, I did that, and
11:29I won't ever do that again.
11:33Not hearing that, I was very concerned.
11:35I just didn't know if I was getting through to him.
11:40That was my first big warning sign of violent behavior.
11:45But I never believed that that would escalate to murder.
11:49Murder.
11:5759-year-old Elizabeth Biorlo died this week in a house fire.
12:01One other person was hurt.
12:02Last summer, Biorlo filed a restraining order against her son, but it was vacated by the court.
12:08Police believe Buchanan might have already left the state.
12:10If you have any idea where he is, call police in Capsule Rock.
12:32Pretty sure we were all getting ready to go to church.
12:35I mean, you can see the big smile he's got in his face and the brightness in his eyes and
12:40everything.
12:40I mean, I just see, I just see joy in him.
12:47He liked riding his bicycle.
12:49You know, that was his big thing.
12:51You know, a father wants to go out and play with his kids and teach them things like that.
12:55And you take the training wheels off and you watch them, right?
12:59And it's like, you have this joy.
13:02It's like he's doing it, you know?
13:04It's like you're putting a piece of you in the world that's going to outlive you.
13:10And you just want to step away knowing, I left goodness in the world.
13:14I mean, that's your hope.
13:16That was my hope for Matthew.
13:28The only time that I ever became physical with Matthew was, uh, I found in my garage some things that
13:36came from a golf course.
13:39So I thought Matt was vandalizing the golf course, and he stole some things from it and put it in
13:44there.
13:47And I talked to him about it, and he denied it, and, uh, and he laughed.
13:57And I reminded him, Matthew, I am the authority in this household.
14:02And when I said I'm the authority in this household, he laughed at me again.
14:07I told him, I said, if you laugh again, I'm going to drag you across that table.
14:12He laughed at me again.
14:14I didn't know what else I could do.
14:16I couldn't just leave an empty threat.
14:20So I dragged him across the table.
14:25And I held him down to where our faces would probably hit a foot apart.
14:32I frankly got a little bit scared.
14:35It felt horrible.
14:37And it must have been scary for him because he didn't know what would be next.
14:42Kids don't come with a rule book, but I felt like I needed to make a point.
14:49I felt like he needed to understand and respect the authority that I have in my household.
15:03I felt like he needed to know what it was.
15:04Oh, yeah.
15:10That's a little shadow.
15:13He's a very small Yorkshire Terrier.
15:17even for the breed.
15:19I think he was a little on the small side.
15:24Matthew was mean to that little dog,
15:27to the point where we had to forbid him
15:29from being alone with the dog.
15:33He would take one of our big couch pillows
15:36and push it down on him, you know,
15:39and kind of keep him under the pillow,
15:42like tormenting him, really.
15:44He never did anything to kill him, obviously,
15:48but as soon as Matthew would come down the stairs,
15:50Shadow would go hide under chairs and pee along the way.
15:54He was traumatized by Matthew.
15:57I read so many stories about people who kill people,
16:00start with animals, and they desensitize themselves
16:03along this path until they're capable
16:06of killing human beings, you know.
16:08I've heard of all that, and that crossed my mind
16:10when he was hurting Shadow.
16:15But it was a fleeting thought.
16:17I'm like, oh, well, that's absurd.
16:19He's just being mean to, mean to Shadow,
16:22and it's not gonna go any further.
16:26I always thought that I could get through to him.
16:29Maybe that's where I went wrong.
16:41Breaking news, we have a picture of a person of interest
16:44after firefighters found a woman dead in a home
16:47in Castle Rock, 59-year-old Elizabeth Barlow.
16:50Police want to talk to Matthew Buchanan.
16:52He was last seen driving a white Dodge minivan.
16:54If you see him or the vehicle, call Castle Rock police.
17:08So we got out of the house, and we stayed at my across-the-street
17:12neighbor's house.
17:13And I could look up the hill, and I could see our house.
17:16And there were scary moments, because somebody on our street
17:21has a van just like that.
17:22And we saw that van driving home.
17:25All of a sudden, fear grips us.
17:27Like, here's the moment.
17:29You know, is this Matthew?
17:31Is he hiding somewhere, planning something?
17:35Has he identified the traps the police have?
17:39You know, did he ditch a car and hit a different car?
17:43Every time a car would go down the road, or street, I'm like,
17:47well, how do I know that's not that?
17:50I felt like I had my neighbors in harm's way,
17:53and my wife in harm's way, and all he wanted to do was kill me.
17:56I had a weapon with me, and the fear of actually having to use that
18:02was, oh, it was terrible.
18:07If my wife was in danger, or my neighbors,
18:11then perhaps I could have done it.
18:12But I don't think I could have pulled the trigger to protect myself
18:16if he was threatening just me.
18:19I would have to use words and compassion and love
18:22and try to appeal to the Matthew that, you know, I knew.
18:27I mean, I think love will give you more strength
18:30than you ever really know.
18:32And I love him.
18:35It was so, so painful.
18:40All the effort into raising him and everything,
18:44and then it comes down to this.
18:58It's the most important thing in my life, my faith.
19:02I believe in God.
19:04I believe in a sovereign God.
19:06And I believe it when he says,
19:09all things work out for the good for those who love God.
19:13The events that occurred, it never made me question my faith.
19:21I don't know what God's plan is,
19:23but I just pray that he's got something for Matthew.
19:26My wife and I have this same prayer.
19:29Between us, we have five children.
19:30And our greatest prayer is salvation for each of them.
19:36And, of course, that includes Matthew.
19:39We feel deeply that he needs salvation.
19:47Heavenly Father, we just come to you with our burdens.
19:50We ask for comfort for the family who love and lost Betty.
19:59And we ask you, Lord, for a work in Matthew's heart and his mind
20:06and bring him back to a place where he can understand the things that he's done
20:12and really look to restore his relationship with you and ask for forgiveness.
20:18We just ask these things in the name of Jesus.
20:21Amen.
20:39He became angry, and he was more unruly, challenging authority.
20:47I don't know what was going through his mind.
20:51But, yeah, he was not respectful to us at that point in time.
20:58Matthew hated my rules.
21:00You know, I mean, they were completely reasonable rules,
21:04but Matthew seemed to not like rules at all.
21:08Our relationship started to change at that point.
21:19She said, well, the next time you bring your girlfriend here,
21:22make sure she takes her red panties home with her.
21:25And I'm like, what are you talking about?
21:28And then she basically accused me of having an affair based on finding red panties in the bed.
21:39And then I'm like blindsided by it.
21:41I didn't know where it came from, you know, what the cause of it was.
21:47I had a suspicion that it was Matthew.
21:50And I'm like, maybe, I mean, did he plant them there?
21:58Well, I asked him about it, and he said it wasn't him, and he was angry at me for even
22:02thinking such a thing.
22:05But with this history of lying and everything, I told him, I said, she's using this as the basis of
22:11a divorce.
22:13You know, no empathy at all.
22:17I have no absolute proof of it, right?
22:21But all I can say is everything points to it.
22:24Everything points to it.
22:25He didn't like her.
22:27He wanted me to divorce her.
22:40I kept calling his phone, trying to get a hold of him and no answer.
22:46And I panicked.
22:54I got on the internet and I found police scanners in a local area.
22:58I heard a report about a male that fit Matthew to the T behind a building, bleeding from his head.
23:08And I thought, oh my God, this is, that's Matthew.
23:12Called the police, and it ended up not being Matthew.
23:16Started calling his friends, trying to track him.
23:21You know, all of these terrible scenarios are running through your head.
23:25You don't know if something happened to him.
23:39His mom had bought him a bus ticket.
23:42I wish that Matthew and I could talk about what he was feeling.
23:47Maybe I should have been, you know, that helicopter parent, you know, that snooping parent and look through his phone
23:52and whatever.
23:54I tried to respect his privacy and everything.
23:58But remarks were made in the past about how he could live there with no rules.
24:04I couldn't promise him an environment with no rules.
24:07I couldn't promise that.
24:08I wouldn't promise that.
24:11This is all about my perspective.
24:14Right?
24:15You know, Benny had a loving family.
24:18So, you know, I wouldn't want to hurt any of them.
24:23But I worried that he would be in his mother's environment.
24:28The drugs and no accountability and everything.
24:32And again, this is just my perspective.
24:35It's things that I've seen, you know.
24:38But, I mean, I really worried about that.
24:53I put this video together right after Matthew ran away.
24:58Just to show Matt there was happy times.
25:05I just wanted him to know that he was loved, but it's kind of different to me now after he
25:19did what he did.
25:22Of course, I still want him to know that he was loved.
25:26But, um, there was more hope behind this when I made it than there is now.
25:36Yeah.
25:39It's different watching it now.
25:56This crime happened in Colorado.
26:00No one here knows, only the people I've shared it with.
26:07I mean, I'm just the average Joe on the street, just like everybody else is.
26:13It's not like a topic that I would bring up in any kind of a setting.
26:19I mean, as an example, if you're sitting around with a bunch of new people and having a meal or
26:24whatever,
26:25and they start talking about their boys or girls, whatever, what they do in life, then ask me.
26:31I probably would say what four of them do and just leave the Matthew incident out.
26:40I don't put it out there, but I do like to stay home.
26:45Every time I see a family with, you know, a mom and a dad and kids, I'm like, I bet
26:51they don't have problems like mine.
26:54They probably go home, share a meal together, read bedtime stories to their kids, kiss them goodnight,
27:01and then they just have this, you know, wonderful family experience and everything.
27:07And something that I used to have that kind of just ended.
27:12But it just makes me very aware of my pain.
27:22I don't have to.
27:23I don't know why.
27:31I don't care.
27:35I'm Charlie Buchanan.
27:37This is Elizabeth Biorolo.
27:39Up to now, you've not returned any phone calls, but you need to come get your son.
27:44he didn't treat me like his mother
27:46like on his mother he had no respect for me
27:48all I get from him are
27:50FQ he calls me names
27:51I can no longer deal with him he can no longer live in my house
27:54so if you don't want him in the street
27:56I advise that you get out here
27:59and come pick him up
28:05so there is
28:08there is definitely
28:08some anger or hostility behind
28:10that
28:12there's never an appropriate time to say
28:14I told you so
28:15you know
28:17but I was going through my mind
28:28this
28:29is 2013
28:32this is after the phone call
28:33his mother left me saying he's not
28:36welcome here anymore
28:39and
28:40he came
28:41to stay with me and I took him to a car show
28:45felt like we were bonding
28:49it really felt like we were bonding
28:50and he said you know
28:53I've done some things
28:54that should make me cry
28:57and he said
28:58I don't have the ability to cry
29:04that caused me a lot of concern
29:07that means to me
29:10maybe somewhere inside
29:12he knows that he should be showing empathy
29:15but he's unable to do so
29:40this is hard to read
29:42it's pretty vile
29:45he started this one with
29:48talk to me you worthless
29:52I am so done with you
29:54I'm going to be the one to whip you from existence
29:58I promise you that
29:59I will be the one to end you
30:05and he didn't communicate like this
30:07when he was at home
30:09I don't know
30:10where
30:12where it started
30:13or why it started
30:14but when you read language like that
30:16and you can't make sense of it
30:18you know there's
30:18you can't fix anything
30:20every time I get one
30:21emails like
30:22this one
30:23I think I've lost my son
30:27he's somebody else now
30:33this one is
30:34repent sinner
30:35Jesus is a fraud
30:36and a tool
30:37he's burning in the lake of fire
30:40he writes
30:40I'm going to
30:41in the Buchanan lineage
30:43with your head
30:49if you will not accept defeat
30:50by my reason and honesty
30:52then I will pick up my sword
30:53and I will make you acknowledge
30:54what is right
30:57of course
30:58this cut me
31:00pretty deep
31:01you know
31:02thinking that my son
31:03is saying this to me
31:05I don't understand it
31:07and you know
31:08it did become
31:10a regular thing
31:12that's why
31:13I had to block my accounts
31:15I pray for him
31:17but again
31:18he's a grown man now
31:21and I'm not engaging
31:34the police would share
31:36that we got a ping
31:37from his credit card
31:38at a gas station
31:39a thing that was in Kansas
31:40so we knew
31:41what time
31:42he was in Kansas
31:43and of course
31:44we had to slow down
31:45and do the math
31:45and like
31:46where would that put him now
31:47you know
31:48you're listening
31:49to police scanners
31:51and the things
31:53that were running
31:53through my head
31:54it's like
31:56if he does come
31:57to kill us
31:59you know
32:01you know
32:02my wife was over there
32:03with me too
32:03I couldn't let
32:04that happen
32:06police say
32:07Matthew Buchanan
32:08is the sole suspect
32:10in the death
32:10of Elizabeth Biorlo
32:12Buchanan
32:13was arrested
32:13in Florida
32:14this morning
32:35I think
32:36we're here today
32:37to talk about
32:38maybe two different Matthews
32:40one
32:41who did this deed
32:42and
32:42and the other one
32:44who Matthew was before
32:46you know
32:47he became capable of that
32:50that's Matt number one
32:51that's my Matt
32:52the whole thing
32:53that created Matt 2
32:55is a black box
32:57you know
32:57I don't know
32:59what was in it
33:01who knows what's
33:02in the black box
33:02you know
33:04influences
33:06drugs
33:08environment
33:10but at the end of the day
33:11this is not the Matthew
33:12that I knew
33:13but
33:14the Matthew
33:15that was created
33:18the truth is
33:19I want to hear everything
33:20the good
33:21the bad
33:22the ugly
33:22I just want to have
33:23the raw truth
33:35whenever you're ready
33:40I lost bodily control
33:42I just lost control
33:44I lost control
33:45I
33:48you say you lost control
33:49did you have something
33:50in your hand
33:50what did this happen
33:51yes
33:51what did you have
33:52in your hand
33:55small knife
33:56small knife
33:56okay
33:58did you not mean
33:59to stab her
34:00no
34:01I didn't
34:02no
34:02and once you did
34:03did you just overreact
34:05after that
34:06taking out frustration
34:07I wanted it to stop
34:09you kept stabbing her
34:10until you
34:11until you stopped
34:12right
34:12how many times
34:13you think that happened
34:14like five
34:14maybe six times
34:17everything felt cursed
34:18at that moment
34:20I
34:22was very upset
34:24and
34:25I did not
34:26feel
34:27I was in a safe place
34:29and
34:29my entire life
34:30I've been victim
34:32I've been a victim
34:33like
34:33I love my mom
34:35and I love my dad
34:36but
34:36the things they put me
34:37through
34:38the emotions
34:38the stress
34:39kept building up
34:40everything just
34:41was too much
34:43at that point
34:44I was willing to die
34:46I was willing to
34:47was willing to
34:50pay for
34:50all of it
34:51and just
34:52you know
34:53it'll catch up to me
34:54sooner or later
35:08again
35:09there's
35:09more there
35:12that's not addressed
35:13I mean
35:14it sounds
35:16I don't
35:17again
35:17he's lied about
35:18so much
35:19I don't think
35:19what he's saying
35:20is the
35:21it's clearly
35:22not the truth
35:25if he truly
35:25wanted to get
35:26away from her
35:26he could have
35:30he hung his head
35:31a little bit
35:31like he was
35:32finally admitting
35:33something
35:35you know
35:37I don't know
35:38if I
35:38consider that
35:40shame
35:40or
35:41it's definitely
35:41not empathy
35:43it's like
35:44I got caught
35:46I mean
35:50this is
35:51this is
35:51Matthew lying
36:01whenever you're ready
36:07do you remember
36:08where you stabbed her
36:10in the neck
36:11all six times
36:13I'd say so
36:14yeah
36:17after I saw
36:18I saw the light
36:19I saw the light
36:20in her eyes
36:21I said
36:21I said
36:24no more
36:24I didn't
36:25I didn't want
36:26I had a good life
36:29I
36:34the only remorse
36:35I heard in that clip
36:37I thought
36:38I heard him say
36:40I had a good life
36:43what a selfish
36:45position
36:46to take
36:49still
36:49I'm looking
36:50for remorse
36:51for
36:52for what he did
36:53to his mother
36:55not
36:58oh look
36:58what I've done
36:59to my life
37:01I'm not seeing that
37:03I don't know
37:05I don't understand it
37:23Betty's husband's brother
37:24who was a paraplegic
37:26it was Matthew's job
37:27to care for him
37:29well he was in his room
37:31and this is all I'm getting
37:32from the news reports
37:33while the house
37:34was ablaze
37:37his demise
37:38would have been
37:39to have been
37:39burned alive
37:41and he couldn't do
37:42anything to save himself
37:46what he did
37:46to his mother
37:47was a
37:48terrible
37:48terrible crime
37:51and then
37:52do something
37:53that's going to cause
37:54a paraplegic
37:55to burn to death
37:56I
37:56you know
37:57I can't even
37:57fathom that
38:09it was your uncle
38:11there when the fire
38:12happened
38:12yes
38:14but your uncle
38:15can't walk
38:16no
38:17and what happened
38:18to your uncle
38:19I don't know
38:22I don't know
38:23I didn't look back
38:27you know
38:28I mean
38:29it seems to me
38:30like this should
38:30weigh heavy on him
38:31and it doesn't
38:32you know
38:33I mean
38:34he clearly
38:35murdered his
38:36mom
38:37he was almost
38:38blaming it
38:38like something
38:39took over
38:40and he couldn't
38:40stop himself
38:41don't know
38:42what that was
38:43I still can't
38:44imagine
38:44you know
38:45because
38:46yeah
38:46you know
38:47Betty and I
38:47didn't get along
38:48there at the end
38:49but who would
38:50wish someone
38:50to be murdered
38:52and go through
38:53the pain
38:54of what
38:54and knowing
38:55that your child
38:55is doing it
38:57it's
38:58it's just
38:59unimaginable
38:59to me
39:01and he knows
39:02that if
39:03he set a house
39:04on fire
39:05that
39:06Chris was
39:07going to die
39:09he couldn't
39:09save himself
39:31I have not
39:32spoken with him
39:32at all
39:34after the
39:35sentencing
39:35I got
39:37my information
39:38to him
39:40so that he
39:41could call me
39:42and
39:44and he's
39:45at liberty
39:46to make phone
39:47calls
39:47and such
39:49but
39:49I don't
39:50know
39:50where he
39:51is
39:51in his
39:51head
39:53I don't
39:54know
39:54where his
39:54mind
39:55is now
39:56you know
39:57last I
39:57heard
39:58he was
39:59threatening
39:59to kill
40:00me
40:08I hope
40:08and pray
40:09that Matthew
40:10has that
40:11kind of
40:11moment
40:11where he
40:12realizes
40:14that he's
40:15hurt people
40:15and realizes
40:17that he needs
40:18to
40:21seek forgiveness
40:23I just hope
40:24for that
40:25pray for that
40:26and do you
40:27think that
40:27that people
40:29can be forgiven
40:29for their sins
40:32if you can't
40:33be forgiven
40:34for your sins
40:34then we're all
40:35in a world
40:36of trouble
40:39I've already
40:40forgiven him
40:42I loved him
40:43the moment
40:44I held him
40:45in my arms
40:46at birth
40:47you know
40:48my love
40:49for him
40:49has never
40:49changed
40:52despite what
40:53he's done
40:54that doesn't
40:56that doesn't
40:57change the fact
40:57that I love
40:58him
41:03to my son
41:04I love him
41:13this is the day
41:14he got arrested
41:15for murder
41:16it's giving me
41:17chills right now
41:19and his plans
41:20were to kill us
41:21all
41:21do not release
41:23him your honor
41:24I do not feel
41:25safe around him
41:26at that point
41:27I hated him
41:28I wanted him
41:29to suffer
41:29you
