00:00Don't throw away that jelly jar in the fridge. I'm showing you how to make a delicious marinade.
00:03Perfect. Start with a half empty jar of jelly. Today I'm using pineapple. We're going in with
00:06our salty, which is a little soy sauce, a little acid with the rice vinegar, adding some ginger
00:10for a little aromatics, and a little heat with some fresh jalapenos. Put the lid on and shake
00:14it. Look at all that good sauciness. Now a little taste test. Perfect. Now you can pour this into a
00:19Ziploc with your meat and marinate it overnight. You can also reduce this in a skillet until it's
00:22a little thick and use it as a glaze. Or you can just take it and brush it straight onto
00:25your
00:25grilled meats. So get creative, take that formula, and grab a jelly jar out of your fridge.
