00:01European Commissioner for Enlargement Martakos has urged member states to open all EU accession negotiation clusters for Ukraine and Moldova
00:11by July.
00:12Koss said the first negotiation cluster could be opened in June, with the remaining five to follow by July.

00:27before joining the EU.
