01:312023, following a really bleak three and nine season and immediately set a tone that few people
01:39have seen, I think, in the history of college football. At the National Signing Day press
01:43conference in 2023, shortly after joining Indiana, Kurt was asked how he communicates his vision to
01:52recruits. And he said, it's pretty simple. I win. I just know how to win. That's a very cocky guy.
