00:04so if you want to go ahead and then work with comments inside a PowerPoint then what you need
00:10to do is you need to go to a particular slide and then you need to go ahead and select
00:15that
00:15out and then you need to click on add new comment so once you do that over here on the
00:20side you can
00:21go ahead and type in let's say for example right here you can go ahead and say need to check
00:27the
00:28fact so other person can actually go ahead and access this comment and send a reply to it so
00:34they can see something like check right here this is especially useful when you actually go ahead
00:39and share out the file with others or you want to go ahead and comment out to remember something
00:44for example i'm going to go around and say let's say for example keep for review right here just like
00:51this so this is what you have and then you can click on new comment right here again and then
00:56add
00:56another comment right here you can go ahead and select this click on new to add in comment for
01:01it and then depending on which comment it is you can see that i can click to go ahead and
01:07access out
01:08the comment for that particular text area if i were to click on the three dot button i can resolve
01:14the
01:14thread so you can see that the comment is not deleted i can reopen it right here or i can
01:20go ahead
01:20and edit out the comment as i like as well and then what i can also do is i can
01:26delete out the thread as
01:27necessary so that is basically how you can go ahead and work around with comments inside of powerpoint
