Myanmar accused some ASEAN members of discrimination and interference after the bloc continued excluding its junta-led government from top-level meetings over the ongoing civil war and human rights concerns.

00:49At the summit, Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said Myanmar had made no meaningful progress
00:54in addressing its ongoing political crisis.
