00:00I know that people are frustrated by the state of Britain, frustrated by politics, and some people frustrated with me.
00:14I know I have my doubters, and I know I need to prove them wrong, and I will.
00:22So let me start on a personal note.
00:27Like every Prime Minister, I've learned a lot in the first two years in the job.
00:33In terms of the policy challenges that our country faces, incremental change won't cut it.
00:40On growth, defence, Europe, energy, we need a bigger response than we anticipated in 2024.
00:51Because these are not ordinary times.
00:55And this is a political challenge, just as much as it's a policy challenge.
01:01Delivery is, of course, essential.
01:04But it's not sufficient on its own to address the frustration that voters feel.
01:10So, therefore, let's do it.
