01:07Welcome to one of the most beautiful parts of Canada that you're ever gonna see.

01:13You actually did cross Canada in a camper van.

01:17We've been in it for the last four months.
01:19So, of all the places in Canada, why particularly Cape Breton?
01:24I fell in love with the ocean.
01:26It just reminds me back home, like I'm from Vancouver Island.
01:29It's so much like home, I just, I didn't want to leave.
01:32We really like to find a two to three bedroom house that's got a lot of parking,
01:36because we have the RV and a couple other cars.
01:39I'd really like a really large kitchen, and I'd love to have an ocean view.
01:44I'd rather have a bigger garage, nice yard, because we are so close to the water anyway.
01:49We're really looking to find a small town where you've got a few amenities,
01:53like some fast food, a theater, but small and quiet enough that we still have not a lot of traffic,
01:59be able to find jobs as well.
02:01We still need to both go back to work.
02:03We really like to work with a $300,000 budget, but if the house was spectacular,
02:08there's always a little wiggle room here and there.

08:17So we've only seen the ground floor.

22:21They're making fast friends
22:23and they're well on a path
22:24to small town happiness.
