00:04so now let's explore the slideshow controls that you have when you're presenting the slide using
00:10the presenter view so to do that you can simply go around over here onto slideshow then what you
00:16can do is you can go ahead and select out monitor and use presenter view and if you were to
00:21click
00:21on from beginning this is what you see so now you can go ahead and then now let's say for
00:27example
00:27use these arrows to go let's say to certain slide if you have any notes you can go ahead and
00:32use this
00:33to expand and then let's say reduce the size of the note right here apart from that you also have
00:39the pen and laser pointer right here which allows you to go ahead and focus on a specific part of
00:44the slide you can even go ahead right here and use you can use highlighter to highlight out the content
00:49in the slide so this is what people will see in the projector so you got the highlighter you got
00:55the pen as well which allows you to draw right here then you can go ahead and change the ink
01:00color right here just like this as well you can even use the eraser to erase out the content that
01:05you draw right here and so forth so you can go around over here you use the arrow option you
01:10can
01:10go ahead and then let's say for example uh make it visible so that everyone sees the arrows or you
01:16can
01:16go ahead and keep it hidden so that no one sees the arrows right here so apart from that you
01:22can even go
01:23ahead on to see all slides so on the projector side uh the full screen will still be shown up
01:30but you
01:30can go ahead and quickly skip to a slide once you do that you can even go ahead and zoom
01:34on to a slide
01:35click on this and that particular section will be zoomed in and you can pan around in the slide as
01:40well by using the zoom option so this is what you have as you can see with the zoom option
01:46and then what
01:47you can also do is click on blackout right here so that the slide backs out so you can go
01:52ahead and
01:53enable it out again to show it out apart from that if you were to go to more you can
01:57see the last viewed
01:58slide right here you can go for the screen you can go for black screen or you can go for
02:03white screen
02:04you can display it out right here or you can go ahead and then hide the presenter view all together
02:09as well and you can go back right here just like this and so forth so you can see like
02:14resume slide
02:15so it's an option right here um and that is what you have let me just go ahead and then
02:20press escape
02:21uh to go ahead and then exit out of the slide go from the beginning and then around over here
02:27you can
02:27see that you have an option to end the show you can even show the taskbar right here just like
02:32this
02:32and so forth and these are basically the slide so option you got the so taskbar over here on the
02:38top
02:38you got the display setting to duplicate the slide or swap the presenter view and you got the
02:43end slideshow option and over here you can see the very next slide that is going to appear so this
02:50is
02:50basically how you can utilize the slideshow controls inside a microsoft powerpoint so hope you found this
