Bato sends voice message  Sen. Ronald dela Rosa, who has been in hiding since November, sent a recorded message expressing support for the launch of the Reform Alliance for Accountability, Good Governance and Ethics (RAGE) coalition in Cebu City on Sunday, May 10.  In his message, Dela Rosa voiced support for the group’s opposition to the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte and its call for accountability and governance reforms.
