00:00Oh my god. Go ahead. What do I do?
00:03You just survive it.
00:04I have nothing to do.
00:05You just survive it.
00:13Hey, what's going on, everybody? For First We Feast, I'm Sean Evans, and you're watching Hot Ones.
00:17It's the show with hot questions and even hotter wings.
00:19And today we're joined by Madison Beer.
00:21She's a Grammy Award-nominated singer, songwriter, and producer.
00:23Her latest album, Lock It, is out now, and she's about to embark on an arena tour this summer.
00:27Be on the lookout for show dates near you, but in the meantime, it's a go-round with the wings
00:31of death.
00:32Madison Beer, welcome to the show.
00:34I'm, like, welling with tears. I can't believe I'm here.
00:37And we haven't even started.
00:38I know. I'm just so excited.
00:39What's going through your head as you prepare to take on the Hot Ones gauntlet?
00:42Are you someone who enjoys spicy food?
00:45Um, I wasn't my whole life, and then recently I've embarked on, like, the Bulldog Ramen level of spice.
00:51Where do you, like, where would that rank?
00:53It's not a nothing.
00:54It's not a nothing.
00:55It can't be a nothing.
00:56I'm, like, please tell me it's not a nothing.
00:58But, no, growing up, I never really liked spicy foods, but I don't think it's because I just never tried
01:02it.
01:02So once I started trying it, I became into it.
01:05A whole new world opened up.
01:07Or maybe I was just training subconsciously.
01:09For this moment right here.
01:10Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:32So this is called Garlic Delight.
01:34Okay, that doesn't sound bad.
01:37I'm, like, where's a safe spot?
01:45Mm-hmm.
01:46I've been here.
01:51I think.
01:52Nothing alarming.
01:53A little bit, actually.
01:54Oh, no.
01:55Oh, no.
01:55Oh, gosh.
01:56I'm not touching this yet.
01:58All right, then neither am I.
01:59We're in a standoff.
02:00Oh, no.
02:01It's spicy.
02:01So in the past, I've interviewed comedians about the qualities that make a great first joke to tell onstage and
02:07the qualities that make a great last joke to tell onstage.
02:09And I wonder if there's a corollary in pop music.
02:12Like, when you have an album like Lock It, what makes Lock It theme the right kind of sound to
02:16open up the album?
02:17And then what makes a song, like, nothing at all the right one to close it out?
02:20Oh, my God.
02:21That's so cool that you know that.
02:24I think for me, I kind of always have liked ending on sort of an emotional note.
02:29Nothing at all, I felt like, was a cool one for me to end with because it felt sort of
02:32like this message that I kind of wanted to leave the album with.
02:35And then Lock It theme.
02:35I love that one because I think it just opens in this dreamy sort of landscape and you just get
02:41kind of brought in.
02:42It's like a hypnotizing kind of wall of sound there.
02:45Yeah, thank you.
02:45Exactly.
02:46I just wanted, I wanted it to also, I think it was more lyrically what I was focused on.
02:50So the intro is really talking to, like, my fans directly and our relationship and all that stuff.
02:54And then the ending was kind of like a personal note.
02:57One wing down and it was spicy, but.
02:59The only way out is through.
03:00The only way out is through.
03:02All right.
03:02So up next is a pickled garlic sriracha.
03:04I'm scared.
03:05I shouldn't be this scared this soon.
03:12That was a bigger bite than I intended.
03:18That one's less spicy.
03:20Is there a Carolina, what is that one?
03:22A Carolina Reaper?
03:24Every lineup has a Carolina Reaper.
03:26Oh, cool.
03:26I'm just letting you know, I'm a chicken wing talk show host of the highest dignity.
03:30I try to be transparent from the side of the table.
03:31Thank you for that.
03:33So whether it's sampling the elevator ding in Severance or taking the keep call mantra and turning on its head
03:40for a song like Stay Numb and Carry On.
03:42Oh, my goodness.
03:43Your music, your visuals, they oftentimes mix in some comedy with the drama.
03:47As a songwriter, what do you see as the role of humor in otherwise sad or emotionally heavy songs?
03:54This is really cool.
03:55I, well, okay.
03:56So Severance, I just am obsessed with that show.
03:58It's my favorite show.
03:59And when we were writing Complexity, which is the song it's in, I wrote a lyric that was like, remember
04:05the time you severed me?
04:06Just had to shout them out.
04:07And I was like, we must put the doorbell ding in.
04:09Which actually, I think we had to remake the ding because I don't think we actually got it cleared.
04:14So we had to like remake it.
04:16It's not the real one.
04:16Tried to sample the dings, yeah.
04:17Tried to sample it.
04:18They were like, nah.
04:19And so we had to remake it.
04:20But I'm someone who like, I need that comedic relief throughout heaviness.
04:24And I think I sometimes like, I tend to sway a bit dark and deep when I talk, whether it's
04:29in an interview or a podcast I've done, whatever.
04:32I feel like I get a little bit intense sometimes.
04:34So I'm trying to learn how to soften those things.
04:37And I think on my album, those are those moments where I'm like, okay, we can throw in something that
04:40feels fun.
04:45Okay.
04:46I'm trying to also savor everything because I've wanted to do this for so long that I'm like, I don't
04:50want to move through it too fast.
04:51I can slow it down.
04:52This is great.
04:53Wait, I'm just happy to be here, man.
04:55Just happy to be here.
04:56All right, so up next is a white hot mustard sauce here in the three spot.
05:00Do you guys make all of these?
05:01So we make a couple of them.
05:03Okay, I'm looking at the one that's the hot ones.
05:04We make the second one, the middle one, and the last one.
05:07The last one.
05:14That one's good.
05:16Is there a vocal warm-up or exercise that you swear by no matter how silly it may look to
05:20the outside world?
05:21Ooh, you know what?
05:22I am definitely not the best with that, and I just will be in my dressing room beforehand listening to
05:28whatever album or soundtrack that I love the most of the time, and I'll just sing through songs I love,
05:33which probably isn't the best way to warm up your vocals, so don't take my advice.
05:37But that's personally what I do, and I'm not going to lie to you.
05:44If Gordon Ramsay was reacting the way he reacted, I'm really scared.
05:59Look at that shrug.
06:00That's a confident shrug right there.
06:03This is easy.
06:05No.
06:05No.
06:06Yeah, right.
06:06So what I was about to say about this sauce is it's a smoked habanero and peach.
06:11So I think you get the peach up front, right?
06:13It's a bait and switch.
06:14Exactly.
06:16That kind of Trojan horse is in that heat that's on the other side, because if you're good, I'm not.
06:21I can feel it in my chest already.
06:23I feel it.
06:24Same wavelength.
06:25I'm really scared.
06:25I'm trying to be cool here, and I'm really afraid.
06:28It's all right.
06:29You know, no matter what you're going through, no matter how silly you feel like you look on this show,
06:33way weirder things have happened on this side.
06:35I've seen all of it.
06:36Watched every episode.
06:39From the talk box to a looping machine, what's your favorite piece of equipment in the studio to just mess
06:45around with in between?
06:46I really love that's awesome that you know about my talk box endeavor.
06:49I played it on my first ever tour.
06:51I saw you on stage.
06:52Yes, I played it, and I don't know that I was so great at it.
06:56You have to, like, boil the tube to make it soft.
06:58You boiled the tube?
06:59I didn't, so mine was, like, really hard and really tough to use, and I feel like I was drooling.
07:03You know what? I say it on execution.
07:04It sounded good.
07:05I wouldn't have known if you didn't tell me.
07:07My song, Fools, honorary mention to Fools, I played it.
07:10I have a little bit of a talk box vocoder thing happening, and I played it on my first tour,
07:16and people were like, why does she have this tube in her mouth?
07:19And I don't know.
07:20I just feel like I love a lot of those sounds.
07:21I'm a huge Daft Punk fan, Stevie Wonder.
07:23There's so many people that I think use those kinds of things.
07:26Vocoder is something that I love the most.
07:29Sorry, this is a long-winded answer, and I think it's because I'm, like, my throat's closing maybe a bit.
07:33Yeah, but you know what?
07:34I know every stall tactic in the book, all right?
07:36Yes, you're a seasoned vet.
07:37I've seen them all over the years.
07:38Yeah, yeah, yeah.
07:38Vocoder, though, is my final answer.
07:40I love Vocoder.
07:41Well, if that's your final answer, that means...
07:43That means we're moving on to another wing.
07:45I know how this goes.
07:47Okay, this is yours.
07:52My bus broke down there one year.
07:54Amarillo? Shout out to Amarillo.
07:55Yeah, and I went to this place called The Big Texan, and they have, like, a crazy...
07:59...challenge.
08:00They have, like, a pepper challenge.
08:01Wow, the synergy of this memory and the situation now.
08:04I know, this is perfect.
08:05Okay, cheers.
08:06Cheers.
08:09I'm, like, analyzing every wing before I bite it for, like, the least saucy part, but I feel like that's
08:15cheating.
08:15Well, and you know what?
08:17You can't anyway, all right?
08:18It's awesome, full coverage.
08:20You guys know what you're doing.
08:21I know.
08:22Not bad.
08:24We're halfway done.
08:25I'm feeling okay.
08:26And you're standing tall.
08:26The one before, I would say, is spicier.
08:28For me.
08:30Dancing on it.
08:32From Jericho Deli to Kitchen Cabaret, Bagel Boss, and beyond, what is pound for pound the best place to get
08:38a breakfast sandwich in the 516?
08:40Oh, my God.
08:42Amazing.
08:44Wow.
08:45So, Bagel Boss is probably where you'll find me.
08:49Do you want to know my order?
08:50Yeah, of course.
08:51Am I?
08:51Okay.
08:54It's a little weird, maybe, to some.
08:56To me, it's not.
08:56My mom is here.
08:57This is her order.
08:58It's been passed down to me.
08:59Plain bagel.
09:00Toasted.
09:02I can't think.
09:03Egg whites.
09:04Munster cheese.
09:05Salt and pepper.
09:07Give it a go.
09:08Let me know what you think.
09:09If you can only recommend one, Ralph's Italian Ices or a Frapple from the Jericho Cider Mill.
09:16You're goaded for this.
09:19I would recommend, what was the first one?
09:22My brain is turning off.
09:23Ralph's Italian Ices.
09:25Ralph's Italian Ices, by far.
09:26That's why I was like, wait, what did you say?
09:27I have been going there my entire life.
09:29Blue Hawaii is my favorite flavor.
09:32Second up would be vanilla chip.
09:35Can't go wrong.
09:36I sometimes will go crazy and do a double scoop.
09:39Get wild with it.
09:40It's a little bit of a weird combo because one is like a milky one and one's an icy one,
09:44but it works for me.
09:45Can you describe your ideal afternoon itinerary at Brant Lake in New York in as much detail as possible?
09:51My God, I'm going to start crying.
09:53You're pulling on my heartstrings.
09:55I just have to say like summer camp was my favorite thing growing up.
09:59And once I started all of this, that was the most devastating part was not being able to go
10:03because I was like working at 13, which was ridiculous.
10:05But the best day would be waking up.
10:07I would always do the early bird ski.
10:10Love to water ski.
10:11I can sort of slalom ski a little bit.
10:13Fun fact about me.
10:14Not many know.
10:14Do some arts and crafts.
10:16I would ideally be in a play that year.
10:18Be practicing for said play.
10:20Maybe hit a tubing moment.
10:22And then eat dinner.
10:24And they had really fun evening activities.
10:26They would always have like these fun, crazy games.
10:27I loved the trivia game.
10:29Basically, it was just a cooking tray.
10:30They would put upside down and put a spatula on it.
10:32And that's how you like said you had the answer.
10:34But I was always really good at the random trivia.
10:37And so I loved, I loved that night.
10:39This is amazing.
10:40The fact that we're talking about my summer camp is awesome.
10:43I'm so happy.
10:44But.
10:45I know.
10:46You know all too well.
10:47The sequencing here.
10:48Back to reality.
10:49This next one is called Homegrown Hell.
10:51We're in the back half now.
10:52Picturing Brent Lake.
10:55Exactly.
10:55Go to a happy place.
10:56We're in the back half now.
10:58All right.
11:00I'm fearful.
11:08I think I just have been mentally preparing for this my whole life without knowing.
11:12Well, yeah, I can tell.
11:13I can tell calm under pressure.
11:14When you were doing the intro, I was like, I can do it for you if you would like.
11:18Like, I know every word you're about to say.
11:20Is there an achievement of yours that's meant most to you personally in terms of really validating
11:26your roller coaster journey through the trenches of pop music?
11:29The trenches they have been.
11:31Because I've never really achieved some of those, like, you know, pillars.
11:35I have been able to just be way more grateful for the stuff that feels really real and is
11:39my fans and those people who show up and whatnot.
11:41So that's what I'm really proud of the most.
11:43I'm playing Madison Square Garden this year, which is insane and has been just as much of
11:47my dream as doing this show.
11:48Yeah, checking a lot of the boxes this year.
11:51This is, like, seriously, though.
11:52I would say Madison Square Garden, you may be, like, getting a Grammy, but now I've been
11:56nominated.
11:57I'm like, it's okay.
11:58Like, the nomination has checked it off a bit.
11:59It's like a, you know, it's like a light check.
12:02It's like a pencil that's, like, light.
12:04You know what else?
12:05You're also just four wings away from conquering the Hot Ones gauntlet.
12:08Dude.
12:09This is a big moment.
12:10One after another.
12:11Putting them up, knocking them down.
12:14I'm, like, I'm kind of afraid.
12:15Am I okay that I'm not reacting to this?
12:18Well, let's see how it goes.
12:19Okay, right.
12:19This is where we're entering.
12:20All right?
12:20Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
12:21I know Da Bomb is the scary, the one that I'm fearing.
12:24Yeah, yeah.
12:25But you don't want to get too cocky.
12:26You know, you don't want to start celebrating before the finish line.
12:28That's when we catch a cramp, you know?
12:30For sure.
12:31Oh, a cramp.
12:32Okay, looking out for that.
12:34All right.
12:34So, up next, Nirvana.
12:36Nirvana.
12:37Okay.
12:46Dragon's Breath sauce.
12:48That's appealing.
12:50Oh, it is Dragon's Breath.
12:52I just remember when I felt it.
12:54I really experienced the Dragon's Breath.
12:56Oh, my God.
12:57Same page.
12:58We're both riding the same wave right now.
13:00I took a really big bite.
13:03Am I in danger?
13:04No, no.
13:05You're going to be okay.
13:06Remember, you've prepared for this your whole life.
13:08All right?
13:08Yeah.
13:08You've got this.
13:09You've got this.
13:09Wow.
13:10That really...
13:11That was a punch in the face.
13:12I asked for it.
13:13And you know what?
13:13This is a long-winding question with some context up front, so you'll have a beat.
13:17You'll have a beat.
13:18All right?
13:19So, from the freezing temperatures of a New Year's Eve performance in Times Square, to scrambling for replacement ring before
13:26the Victoria's Secret Fashion, to even performing at Lollapalooza when you were a teenager, what stands out as, like, the
13:33most nerve-wracking live gig of your career so far?
13:37Probably this.
13:40No.
13:41I'm crying a bit.
13:42I'm not going to touch my eyes.
13:43Yeah, be very careful.
13:44I know that's...
13:44You were about to say that.
13:48I...
13:48So, live...
13:53So...
13:53Jimmy Fallon was scary because I had really wanted to do it for a long time.
13:58Wow, I'm fully crying.
13:59This is insane.
14:01When you're performing in an intimate club versus a massive arena...
14:05I know.
14:05The tunnel vision starts to happen.
14:07Yeah.
14:07But you and me, we're on the same page here.
14:09Okay.
14:10I'm curious.
14:10What's the trade-off for an artist?
14:12What did you ask me?
14:13When you're performing, all right, in a small venue...
14:16Yes, I'm performing in a small venue.
14:17...versus a massive arena, what's the trade-off for an artist?
14:20Like, is there something that you can do in a 500-capacity room that maybe you couldn't at, say, the
14:25Forum or vice versa?
14:27Oh, my gosh.
14:27Okay, well, to be honest with you, sometimes, not always, but sometimes the smaller venues are scarier because you can
14:33see every single person's face very clearly.
14:36And so, if one person's not into it, you just see them like, what is...
14:39That was really bad, you know?
14:40And it's a little more intimidating, personally, for me, like, when I've performed on a bigger stage, let's say at
14:46a festival or whatnot, I'm less nervous.
14:50My lips burn!
14:51I know, I know.
14:53Ma'am!
14:53I apologize.
14:54Don't apologize.
14:54I apologize on behalf of the show.
14:58I feel...
14:59What was I talking about?
15:00The scale and the spectacle of a big crowd.
15:04It's more abstract and therefore you can kind of forget that you have so many eyeballs on you.
15:08You can focus on the people in the front who love you and are there, and then you can kind
15:13of, like, disassociate a bit, like I'm trying to do now.
15:16But in the small rooms, you can't go anywhere.
15:18You're just, like, you're there and you're just like, oh, hey, Carl.
15:22Hey, Nancy.
15:22Like, you see everyone.
15:23You know everyone.
15:24It's just sometimes a little scarier.
15:26So, I'm excited for this next tour because I'm doing some of the biggest shows I've ever done.
15:31No, no, no.
15:31I can't.
15:32I'm doing it, but I'm...
15:33I can.
15:36I can.
15:37Is it the bomb?
15:39Beyond Insanity.
15:40It is that moment.
15:41Oh, my God.
15:46I'm just also really...
15:47I genuinely am trying to soak this up because I know once it's over, I'm going to be like, wow,
15:51I did that.
15:52Come back.
15:53I would love to.
15:55I'll co-host the show if you would like me to.
15:59Can you hit me with a, hey, what's going on, everybody?
16:00So nice to meet you.
16:02Hey, what's going on, everybody?
16:02I'm Sean Evans with First We Feast.
16:04And today, we have the amazingly talented Sean Evans on the show.
16:08Was that good?
16:09I'm trying to remember what you say.
16:10Okay.
16:11Okay.
16:13Right.
16:14It is the exhale first.
16:15Okay.
16:16Okay.
16:20Was that a decent bite?
16:22That was great.
16:23Textbook.
16:25My right eye is going.
16:26Like, I can't see out of it anymore.
16:28Yeah, but just don't touch.
16:29No, no, no touching.
16:29Be very careful.
16:30No touching.
16:31No touching.
16:31No touching.
16:35Hands up.
16:36Okay.
16:36As a collector of vintage books, is there a title on your shelf you'd describe as your holy grail?
16:42I like to collect these really...
16:44Wow, I'm not okay, I don't think.
16:45Yeah, I know.
16:45I like to collect these really random, like, books, fairy books, weird things that people write about.
16:55I like old psychology books.
16:57I think it's interesting to see how far we've come with the study of psychology.
17:01Do you mind?
17:02Yeah.
17:03Go ahead.
17:03Go ahead.
17:03Oh, my God.
17:05Go ahead.
17:06What do I do?
17:07You just survive it.
17:08I have nothing to do.
17:08You just survive it.
17:09You just survive it.
17:10I'm going to grab the mic and put it down.
17:12Go ahead.
17:13Tear this place inside out, all right?
17:15Oh, my God.
17:15It's the least we can do.
17:17What, in your opinion, is the greatest Shel Silverstein book or poem, and what's your case for it?
17:22I have The Giving Tree tattooed.
17:23That's Shel Silverstein, right?
17:25I'm like, I don't know anything anymore.
17:27I have The Giving Tree tattooed on my ankle because I feel like reading it as one of my first
17:32books ever, really, like, I loved it.
17:39And I thought it was really a beautiful story.
17:41And I think giving and being a kind person is very important.
17:46And I think that book taught me that.
17:48Do I look okay?
17:50Am I crying?
17:50We're just thinking about The Giving Tree, all right?
17:53I know.
17:53And the kind of impact.
17:54I feel like the stump right now.
17:55The influence, yeah.
18:00My eyes are burning just from being, like, near it.
18:03Welcome to my world, all right?
18:04Hey, how do you do this?
18:05Okay.
18:06Smoke, squash, Reaper, X.
18:08Okay.
18:09You're looking for that Reaper moment.
18:10I know.
18:10Here is my Reaper moment.
18:12Yay.
18:23Well, I'm feeling, I'm feeling like I can't speak because it's going to come up and attack me.
18:33It's going to hear you talking.
18:34Yeah, it's like, oh, you thought?
18:36That's funny.
18:37F. Mary Kill video game edition.
18:39Fall Guys, Outlast, Dressed to Impress.
18:42Oh, okay, wait.
18:43I'm replacing Outlast with Fortnite.
18:45Okay.
18:45To make it harder for myself.
18:47Fall Guys feels like a very important one for me because I played it with my fans a lot
18:51when I was streaming a little bit randomly.
18:53And they would always try to grab me and throw me off.
18:55And I was like, what?
18:57We're supposed to be allies here.
18:58And so that was probably one that I can't take off.
19:03But Fortnite, I would marry.
19:05I love Fortnite.
19:06They've changed it too much now, though.
19:07I'm a little bit upset with you, Epic Games, because...
19:09Let them have it.
19:10It's...
19:10No, seriously.
19:11Let's speak really quickly.
19:13Let's get serious.
19:14Stop changing things that we love about Fortnite.
19:16Keep it original and keep it...
19:18I don't know which camera to look at.
19:19I'm looking at both.
19:20And give me a skin, please.
19:22And my watch came undone.
19:24That's all.
19:26All right, Madison.
19:27Oh, we dab it.
19:28Yes.
19:29Oh, my God.
19:30Have we wanted to do this?
19:31Sorry.
19:32I'm going to be so embarrassed after I watch this.
19:33Why was I going like this?
19:40Is it poisonous?
19:42Oh, my goodness.
19:43Okay, I guess I'm going to find out.
19:44That made it so far.
19:44All right.
19:45Ten years and counting.
19:46I'm still standing.
19:49Cheers.
19:50Cheers, Madison.
19:50This has been a dream come true.
19:52And I mean that.
19:53For both of us.
19:53Maybe I'm speaking too soon.
19:55I'm taking a bite of this part.
19:57Yeah, I have to.
19:58You have to.
19:58We're here.
19:59All right?
20:00Okay.
20:04Oh, my God.
20:06Oh, my God.
20:07I took the biggest bite ever.
20:09But that's the way to go out.
20:11I had to.
20:12You have now conquered...
20:14I ate half the win.
20:14The Hot Ones Gauntlet.
20:16And to close things out,
20:18you know, I think if there's a theme or a thesis
20:20to this era of your career,
20:21it's that you're in total lockstep
20:23with your instincts.
20:25Even saying,
20:26when you listen to your gut,
20:27things turn out better.
20:29Now that you've conquered
20:30the world's spiciest wings,
20:31I'm curious,
20:32what is your gut saying to you right now?
20:34Run.
20:34Get out.
20:35Leave.
20:36Quickly.
20:36No.
20:38I think that that's really cool
20:40and I appreciate you saying that.
20:41And I think I'm someone
20:43that I've been really scared to.
20:44Honestly, even do something like this,
20:46I've always wanted to.
20:47But, like, putting myself out there
20:49and I guess just, you know,
20:50having it just be this
20:51has been intimidating for me
20:53as someone who grew up on social media
20:54with, like, the level of scrutiny
20:55that I think came with that
20:56as a very young person.
20:58It's been scary for me
20:59to put myself out there
21:00or want to.
21:01My eyes are welling once again.
21:02I'm not emotional.
21:03I'm just...
21:03It's this guy.
21:06Oh, my God.
21:07It's a bait-and-switch one.
21:09I know.
21:10I know.
21:10And it's the 10 that you've eaten.
21:13But look it.
21:14It's all over.
21:15It's done.
21:16We can roll curtains
21:18and now there's nothing left to do.
21:19No, I need to finish my answer.
21:20Okay, go ahead.
21:21I need to.
21:22For me.
21:22For you.
21:23For us.
21:25What was I saying?
21:26What was I talking about?
21:27Don't tell me.
21:29My gut says,
21:31put yourself out there.
21:32Do what feels good to you
21:33because life will pass you by.
21:35And I know that if I didn't do this
21:37or I didn't do things
21:37that felt like fun things,
21:39put myself out there.
21:40What, because of people
21:41who hate on me?
21:43I'm not going to give them that.
21:44I want to do the things
21:45that feel fun and good to me
21:47and that's inclusive of my music
21:48and I want to make music
21:49that feels good to me
21:50whether it's charting or not.
21:54I just want to do things
21:54that feel good to me
21:55and I hope that people can do the same.
21:57I really hope people can do the same.
22:00Words to live by
22:01and look at you,
22:02Madison Beard
22:03taking on the wings of death.
22:05Living to tell the tale
22:05and now there's nothing left to do
22:07but roll out the red carpet for you.
22:08This camera, this camera,
22:09this camera.
22:10Let the people know
22:10what you have going on in your life.
22:14This is what I have going on
22:16and come see me on tour.
22:18I promise I'm going to put on a good show
22:20and listen to my album Lock It
22:24and be nice to people
22:25and love you guys
22:26and thanks for having me.
22:28Okay?
22:31Oh my God.
22:38Wow.
22:39Thank you so much.
22:41And then the last thing we'll do
22:42is they'll do this like slow zoom.
22:44Yeah.
22:45Come on.
22:45I'm not lying to you.
22:46Look at you.
22:46I'm a huge fan.
22:48What's your favorite one?
22:50Dude.
22:51Honestly,
22:52I love Gordon.
22:53So like maybe Gordon's episode.
22:54I think he's just so fucking funny.
22:56That was such a big moment for us.
22:58You know,
22:58like I always felt like,
22:59like I felt like the internet
23:00kind of peer pressured us
23:01into a room together.
23:02Yes.
23:03For sure.
23:04Well, it's like he's who you
23:05are like I want to see on the show.
23:06Yeah.
23:06Yeah.
23:07I'm trying to think though.
23:08Oh, Jennifer Lawrence.

23:10What do you mean?
23:11So good.
