00:00We love you, Michelle!
00:05I'm being sick and laugh.
00:08Okay, after growing frustrations with our local member
00:11and the major parties two years ago,
00:14I googled, how do you become an independent?
00:19That's a true story.
00:21It is pretty incredible to look around here now tonight
00:24and today and to think that this is how it all started.
00:30In between the Google search and today,
00:33there have been two election campaigns in 53 weeks.
00:37Over 1,000 volunteers, hundreds of call flutes waved,
00:41more than 17,000 doors knocked.
00:52Tens of thousands of flies handed out, sorry trees,
00:56and hundreds of thousands of conversations had.
01:01There's so many people to thank
01:03and I know there's such a risk in doing this.
01:08So there's a blanket thank you to so many people
01:12because I know everyone in this room
01:15and people watching from home
01:17and people in hubs in Griffith and Koroa
01:20and Denny and Hay and all across Farrah
01:25are so very important
01:27and I wish I could hug you all right now.
01:31Sorry.
01:35So, firstly, thanks to Voices of Farrah.
01:40Thank you for giving me the opportunity.
01:47I've got really bad hay fever.
01:55So, Voices of Farrah,
01:57thank you for starting this movement.
01:59And so, to Voices of Indai,
02:01thanks for starting the movement.
02:10To Kathy and Helen,
02:12my scary fairy godmother
02:14and my fairy godmother,
02:16thank you so much.
02:18I couldn't have done this without you two.

02:25has just been so, so helpful.
