00:00So I wouldn't compare this to our greatest days, electoral days, of course not, but if you look at last
00:05year, which is our starting point, that was our line in the sand, a new leader, we build from there,
00:11and that's exactly what we are doing.
00:13Kem is now the most popular leader in the country. We have a plan, we have a good team, we
00:18can deliver on that, so we think we can build from that.
00:21And if you look at some of the successes we had yesterday, winning Westminster, effectively the biggest party in Wandsworth,
00:26running Wandsworth Council, Harrow, also crucially Bexley and Bromley, which were reformers' number one targets, and we won those handsomely
00:37and still running those councils.
00:39And I think the reason for that is because reform are running Kent, and have been for a year, and
00:45it's a disaster.
00:46So it's easy to say you're going to do things better, and we'll just take over and everything will be
00:50fine. That's not the actual case.
