00:00This is just taking to a next level a little context for people out there. So Chamiya versus Sean Strickland
00:06Strickland's obviously one of the most outspoken fighters in the company and
00:11He's kind of like the class clown the jester
00:15People you know put it on the t-form, you know ask him a dumb question and he'll give you
00:19a dumb answer
00:21but there's a lot of bad blood and it's gotten into that like
00:25personal Muslim versus America stuff and Islam and
00:30And like death threats like as well, like basically Sean Strickland threatened to shoot him and
00:37Basically Chamiya is like said over and over
00:41I could have this guy killed in a second if I wanted right like
00:45So he doesn't want to mess with me and
00:49Chamiya's like friends with like warlords and stuff guys. So like I'm just setting the context here
00:56Like there's going to be more security
00:59Backstage than there's ever been in UFC history. I'll put it that way
01:03Because I don't think it's just talk like you know, I mean like something could happen
01:08Here after the fact before the fact, but with all that being stated
01:13I found it funny because Sean Strickland said oh, he's a big coward and I'm not even gonna repeat some
01:18of the things he said
01:19But he basically called him a coward and all these other words and stuff and
01:24Said he'll never fight me one-on-one. He needs like his ten goons and his warlord buddies to take
01:29me on
01:30It's like dude, you're literally fighting them one-on-one in a cage. Yeah, so yeah, she will fight you
01:36Like this is the fight shot. Like I don't think Sean gets it. He's like all like this street thing
01:41It's like no, they're gonna do a street thing, bro
01:43Jemite was coming in here and he's gonna want to hurt you now like for real and we saw with
01:48with Khabib and Connor
01:49Khabib did not take it easy as the fight went on
01:52I hate to fall for this because I think a lot of it is like over the top
01:56But without being stated, I can't wait to see this fight now Tom
02:01Yeah, and it's gonna be a really good fight and it's
02:04I've for the you know, because of the some of the fights that Jemite has had
02:08I have tried to pick holes in his game. Uh the burns fight, you know, if he went five rounds
02:15I think burns would have won and then the Usman fight took the fight on short notice and
02:19You know, I've looked I've tried to pick apart shemaya of so much
02:24Um, but the guy just keeps winning and he's got a really good base. I mean the wrestling is really
02:30good. So
02:30That's gonna be a problem for strickland
02:32You know, we've seen him taken down by drick is who obviously we just saw get molly whopped
02:38Well, I wouldn't say molly whopped but got held down for four and a half rounds
02:42uh against shemaya of so
02:44Interesting matchup because I do think uh strickland is gonna scramble better and he could be live late in this

02:52Yeah, I mean there's a lot of bad blood who knows maybe they'll come out swinging. I I don't think

02:57I think shemaya probably tries to get it to the ground

03:03I think it's a good fight and the longer it goes I do think it it favors strickland

03:09Yeah, I mean it's just tough to go against shemaya of at this point in time

03:19There's been a couple of closer fights
03:21He's actually never technically lost around
03:24Which is pretty wild
03:26Uh as well
03:28And strickland listen strickland's a badass. I you know, the number's just too high
03:31Let's call it off what it is. I think shemaya is gonna win the fight

03:37What do you think of the
03:40That well, yeah strickland will get taken down, but he's so you know, he's a hard guy to keep down
03:46He'll be able to pop back up
03:48I'm not so sure against shemaya to be honest with you
03:52Yeah, and that's the thing we just don't know because I thought drickus would
03:56Be able to scramble, but it almost seemed like drickus didn't try. It was like he was afraid
04:01To scramble and get choked out

04:05I feel like I feel like strickland will give him more trouble and he will work his way back up
04:11to his feet
04:13But you know, maybe the wrestling's just that good. Maybe it's just that strong where he can actually hold guys
04:19down in this weight class
04:20And I mean he's a big guy. He was he was massive at 170
04:23He moved up to 185
04:26No problem. I mean
04:27So he is a big guy. He's got the wrestling is really good
04:31And the thing that bothers me is that strickland did get taken down
04:35Uh by drickus a few times and drickus is not really a great wrestler
04:40So I honestly when this fight comes up
04:44The the takedown props are going to be interesting. They might be a little unbettable
04:48They might you know set it at like five to start
04:51Um, but if they don't you know if if they set a decent number it might be worth
04:56Betting the over on the takedowns. Um
04:59And yeah, I think the overs in the fight in general. I mean strickland
05:04Not necessarily a finisher. We saw him finish his last fight in pretty devastating fashion
05:09Um, and I could see him finding a late finish if if uh shamayev gets tired
05:13But I think this fight it's going to be another long one
05:16You know, it could easily go all five rounds
05:19So I think the overs in this one are interesting and we'll see what the takedown props look like
05:23So you want to see what I think maybe you think
05:23Maybe that's in this one's a great way
