00:09The first thing I'm going to do is slice all of my vegetables.
00:11So I'm going to slice up my cucumber, my red bell pepper, my avocado,
00:15and then I'm going to dice up some chives.
00:17To a small bowl, you're going to add about two tablespoons of ricotta cheese,
00:21three tablespoons of shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
00:24four teaspoons of sliced chives, some fresh lemon juice, and some ground pepper to taste.
00:28Then you're going to take a spoon and just mix it all up together until it's a nice, creamy spread.
00:33See how the cheddar and the chives not only add flavor to the ricotta spread,
