00:01There is a narrative right now that companies are replacing people with AI.
00:05But from what I've seen, that's not entirely true. In many cases, what's
00:09actually happening is something else. Businesses are correcting decisions they
00:13made earlier. During growth phases, companies hired fast. They bring in
00:19people to handle tasks that are repetitive, manual, process-heavy and over
00:24time those roles became part of the structure. But the structure itself was
00:28never efficient. It was just working. Now when businesses step back and look at
00:33it, they realize something important. A lot of those tasks could have been
00:38simplified, structured or automated much earlier. So this isn't just about AI
00:44replacing people. It's about businesses rethinking how the work should be done
00:48and moving from people-driven businesses to system-driven processes. That's the real
00:54shift.
