In this video, I’m showing you a critical fix to optimize your Windows performance. Many users don't realize that the "Notifications and Senders" system in Windows 11 and 10 is constantly running in the background. Every time an app checks for a notification, it uses CPU cycles and can cause those annoying "micro-stutters" or lag spikes during gameplay.

By turning this off, you stop Windows from wasting resources on background tasks that you don't need while gaming or working on heavy tasks. This is the best way to get a "cleaner" and faster OS response.

How to apply the fix:

Open the Start Menu and go to Settings.

Click on System and then select the Notifications tab.

Find the option: "Get notifications from apps and other senders".

Switch it to OFF.

(Optional) Scroll down and uncheck "Offer suggestions on how I can set up my device" to save even more resources.

This simple adjustment ensures your hardware is focused 100% on your game, like FC 26, RDR2, or Battlefield.
