00:04so when actually making presentations you may also want to go ahead and then have a handout
00:10as a print to give it to your audience so for that you can actually go ahead and then print
00:15out presentation handouts and to do that you need to go to file and then you need to go to
00:21print
00:21right here and as you do that over here in the full page slide setting you can simply go ahead
00:27and select out six space six slide handout or nine slide hand out or even like nine slide vertical
00:36handout and so forth as you need right here so six slide vertical is here then you got let's say
00:42for
00:42example right here you can change it out as you want so now apart from that what you can also
00:49do
00:49is go back if you want to see the handout mode right here in the software itself you can simply
00:56go to
00:56view and then what you can do is you can go to the handout master then you'll be able to
01:02set out the
01:03handout as you like right here so this is what you have so you can see that i got the
01:08uh handout
01:09master right here so you can go ahead and then choose the handouts right here and see how it would
01:15be displayed right here just like this let me just go ahead and change out the slide size you can
01:20go
01:20ahead and change out change the orientation around over here as well so once you go ahead and then
01:26let's say for example close out the master then you can go ahead on to print and you would be
01:32able to see
01:33uh the handout right here just like this if you want to go ahead and change around let's say for
01:38example
01:40uh the color of the handout background and so forth you can do that as well so simply go to
01:45view go to
01:45handout master and then you can change around the background style format at the background as you
01:51want add an ingredient let's say for example you can choose whether to add in footer and date and so
01:56forth and then if i were to go around over here onto let's say for example print right here uh

02:03can see like the same effect is applied right here just like this so that is how you can go
02:08ahead and
02:09then utilize the printout hand handout option then you can go ahead and actually print it so i'm just
02:15going to go ahead and then let's say for example go for uh print option and then what happens is
02:21that
02:21it goes ahead and then creates out uh the handout print right here so i'm using a virtual printer so
02:27it's actually producing a pdf but if you were to print it you would print uh see uh this as
02:34an output
02:34in the paper itself so that's how you can go ahead and work around with printing of presentation hands
