00:16The premise behind this is simple, that local law enforcement is there for one purpose, that is to help protect

00:23I've invested over $3 billion to help local law enforcement.
00:27We can see the results. Crimes are dropping dramatically across the state from Buffalo to New York City, and we're
00:32proud of that.
00:33We also will continue working with ICE in cases of dangerous criminals.
00:37We always have, always will. That will not waver.
00:40All I'll say to Mr. Homan is that Donald Trump himself said he would not send a surge of ICE
00:45agents to the state of New York unless I ask.
