00:03The International Space Station is set to be decommissioned in 2031, but that doesn't mean
00:08the multicultural team isn't still up there doing their jobs. And recently two of the Russian
00:13cosmonauts who are dwelling 254 miles above the Earth's surface conducted a spacewalk.
00:18But why? Reuters reports they were relocating a piece of hardware, moving it from the Rassvet
00:22module to the Nauka lab module. The goal? Move an airlock and install a radiator for better
00:28cooling. The whole transit took some six hours, with Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergei Prokopyev
00:33and Dmitry Petelin making the walk. But they had help from the European Space Agency's
00:37newest toy, a gigantic robotic arm that was recently launched up to the station. This
00:41isn't their first excursion outside the black of space either. These two have been on several
00:45spacewalks for repairs and experiments. In fact, this is their second such walk in only
00:50two weeks. And the pair have another one scheduled for May 12th, where they plan to finish connecting
00:55all of the electronics related to the recent hardware move.
