The current Bentley Continental GT Speed and CTC Speed luxury cars are plug-in hybrids featuring a 25.9 kWh battery and 140 kW e-motor providing 50 miles of electric range for driving quietly and efficiently through the city.

00:12beautiful lands of Andermatt, Switzerland.

00:16Yes, we're up in the Swiss Alps with an international drive of the all-new 2025 Bentley Continental

00:25GT Ski.

00:29Down in its fourth generation, as you can see, the British Marvel, also a plug-in hybrid,

00:35features a four-liter twin-turbo V8 producing 771 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque

00:42for a zero to 60 mile-per-hour time of 3.1 seconds.

00:49Added performance of the Grand Tourer includes all-wheel drive, an H-speed dual-clutch transmission

00:55with paddle shifters and twin exhaust outlets that rumble when pushed.

01:02Wow, what a magnificent day behind the wheel of the GT Speed.

01:20You can drive it relaxing, like a Grand Tourer, or you can push it.

01:25It just depends.

01:26And you can take it up to 208 miles-per-hour, which is the top speed.

01:33Very impressive vehicle, and that's what the British give you.

01:36Bespoke builds, endless customizations, top-heavy performance.

01:42Another thing I enjoy about the vehicle is the various drive modes.

01:46You have an e-motor, which gets you up to 50 miles of range, and when you're around

01:51town, you can drive around quietly, efficiently, and consciously.

01:56But at the same time, you can put it in Sports mode, you can put it in Comfort mode, or you

02:01can put it in Bentley mode, which really goes through the gamut of the various drive modes.

02:10Wow, what a day of epic driving.

02:14But now I'm being joined by Robin Page, Design Director for Bentley Motors.

02:17Robin, how are you doing today?

02:19Nice to be here.

02:20Very impressive vehicle, we're now in our fourth generation, and I would like to talk

02:25about some of the details of differentiating the third gen from the fourth gen.

02:30So the first one, I think, is what we say the upright elegance, and you could relate

02:35to a thoroughbred horse, almost coming to a stance, and having that vertical element

02:40to it, and that's what you see on the front of this car.

02:42And that gives the car this premium factor, this self-confidence.

02:46Another thing we relate to animals as well, is the face.

02:50As humans, we're always looking for a face to identify the car, the expression, the character.

02:56And we picked up on the expression of a tiger, really focused eyes, about to kind of prance

03:03on its prey, lots of potential power.

03:06And you can see this expression, not only the round eye, but also the horizontal line

03:11here, gives that focus as if the eyebrows have dropped, and it's really kind of got

03:16that face expression ready to go.

03:18We go inside the elegant but sporty cockpit, and of course, with Bentley, the majority

03:24of the vehicle is bespoke.

03:26When you're individualizing the interior, what type of materials are you laying aside

03:33for the unique expressions of the various type of drivers that's going to be behind

03:38the wheel?

03:39Yeah, I mean, it starts with customers, mainly with color.

03:43They want to create a personal expression, exterior color, combinations of interior colors.

03:50But also, we start to bring in the decorative finishes, when really, customers are starting

03:56to explore things like stone veneers, different metal finishes, as well as the traditional

04:02woods.

04:03And we're starting to see an escalation in this personalization.

04:06We're seeing a lot more customers come to us, and they want us to work with them and

04:10create something that's very personal to them, which is great to see.

04:13Yes.

04:14Gorgeous and exciting to drive.
