00:00Sloppy Joe.
00:01Slop, Sloppy Joe.
00:02We're gonna make our own
00:03because you know how to open a can of manwich.
00:05It is as simple as heating up your skillet
00:07and adding in some ground beef.
00:09Once this starts to get brown,
00:10I'll go in with some onion and bell pepper.
00:12All that's looking good.
00:13Now we make our Sloppy Joe sauce.
00:15The base is of course ketchup,
00:17little mustard, some brown sugar,
00:19little garlic powder, and a little salt and pepper.
00:21And then I like to add just a couple dashes of Worcestershire.
00:24At this point, we're gonna cover it
00:25and just let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
00:27This smells so good.
00:29And there's really only one way to serve it up.
00:31On a plain white bun is how I like it.
00:34Sloppy Joe is meant to be sloppy.
00:36So pile it on.
00:39This is everything.
00:40They just don't make things like they used to, guys.
00:42This recipe is perfectly balanced of sweet and tangy.
00:45The bun absorbs the flavor of the sauce.
00:48Then you take your chip with all the leftovers.
00:50That's a perfect bite.
00:51We're just having too much fun over here.
