00:14His former owner admitted an offence under the Animal Welfare Act and was given an 18-month community order, with
00:21a 10-year ban on keeping animals.
00:23The animal charity says Chopper was nervous at first, but is now gaining confidence in foster care.
00:29Staff describe him as a sweet, bouncy dog who could live with another dog and children aged over eight.
