00:12its emergency accommodation known as the Mutt Hut. The volunteer-run charity says the building
00:18needs waterproofing, new flooring, repainting and improvements to its secure outdoor area.
00:24Founder Lucy Antill says more than 100 dogs have used the hut,
00:28but muddy conditions and heavy use have taken their toll.
00:31The rescue is asking businesses for materials, volunteers, foster carers and donations so it
00:38can keep helping vulnerable dogs across the Black Country and the wider West Midlands region.
