00:00So the vision that I articulated at the Bitcoin conference involved four pillars I like to describe it as is
00:07the proposal is one of financial services arm of the business and the proposal is that strike would kick that
00:12off and we'd be able to offer things like brokerage custody credit and lending payments prime banking services. So building
00:20Bitcoin products for the Bitcoin economy. The second arm would be Bitcoin infrastructure. I call it the physical economy of
00:28Bitcoin. Bitcoin has a direct
00:29relationship with energy with power with grid and tethers invested a lot of money and resources in that physical infrastructure
00:36to support the Bitcoin economy and produce cash flow there. And we think that that would be a critical piece
00:41in the ideal Bitcoin company. And then the last two are capital markets in M&A. And that is absolutely
00:49a lot of the strategies that we've seen from Bitcoin treasury companies like strategy like meta planet. There's a lot
00:55of opportunities to creatively acquire intelligent leverage or even
00:59if you combine how unique this vehicle would be. We could securitize lending and credit. We can securitize mining. We
01:06can do a lot of really unique and innovative things in the capital markets. And on the M&A side
01:10if we are a unique vehicle that is both focus on operating income and operating businesses within Bitcoin and the
01:17capital markets. We think that there's a lot of companies that would be better off as part of 21. This
01:22almost Berkshire Hathaway of Bitcoin idea instead of operating independently.
01:27And we have our eyes on a lot of other businesses and a lot of other strategic assets. So the
01:32combination of those four pillars, financial services, physical infrastructure, capital markets and M&A, we think it's a really compelling
01:39equity in the Bitcoin space to display true conviction in Bitcoin whilst also operating income and cash flow that will
01:47allow us to finance strategies without necessarily implying dilution forever for our shareholders.
