Articles of impeachment vs VP Sara reach House plenary

The House of Representatives referred the articles of impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte to the Committee on Rules during plenary session on Tuesday night, May 5.   This, after Committee Report (CR) No. 261 from the House Committee on Justice chaired by Batangas 2nd district Rep. Gerville "Jinky Bitrics" Luistro was read on the floor.
