Andrea.
00:51Era una delle Emily. Una delle che?
00:54The shoes were uncomfortable, much more uncomfortable than 20 years, 20 years ago.
01:00They were already uncomfortable 20 years ago, but at, you know, my age now.
01:04No, it was great. It was great. I think we...
01:07It was great. Yeah, it was fun. It was nice to be together again.
01:11I mean, obviously, we've seen each other in the last 20 years, but it was a wonderful experience.
01:18Yeah, I was really glad to have worked with Stanley because I could invite myself over to have him cook
01:23for me.
01:24Yeah, yeah. I don't really cook very well, but... You do.
01:28I'm better at drinking the martini and supervising.
01:54Well, they're very beloved to us as well. I mean, I think these characters, you kind of fuse with them
02:00and they...
02:01I mean, hopefully I haven't fused too much with Emily Charlton.
02:03You're so lovely. Emily's the most fun person in the world and then all of a sudden she's like...
02:08Yeah, she's sort of simmering at the surface at all times, but...
02:11So it was really wonderful to not only play these characters, but be back together.
02:15I think that was the most fun.
02:17Well, I had, you know, I just had so much fun working with Emily 20 years ago and we've all
02:22gone out and like made other movies since then.
02:24And I always just knew how special she was, so it was just a pleasure to come, like feel like
02:28I was coming home and just be like,
02:29Oh yeah, 20 years ago. I was absolutely right.
02:31That was probably one of the best actresses I'm ever going to work with.
02:35Where do you start from?
02:37I'm the future seditor of Runway.
02:39No, that's not true.
02:40Yes, we're enthusiastic.
02:41That would be kind of be diabolical.
02:43If we like do things that we know are horrible because it's a big misuse of power.
02:48Was there anything about Emily that...
02:50It's strange. You've changed so much. You're much more secure.
02:57I mean, I think she has power now. She has power and that makes her rather dangerous mainly unto herself,
03:05I think.
03:07You know.
03:07Andai alla Paris Fashion Week.
03:11Con tanti abiti della collezione Chanel.
03:15Hai ancora tutto?
03:17No, li ho regalati.
03:18Cosa?
03:19Erano un po' troppo in una redazione.
03:21Ecco di qui.
03:22Oh!
03:25Chi regala Chanel?
03:32Changes have taken their toll and, you know, a lot of people are struggling to find their way and,
03:37and, you know, how we get information now is, is so, so transformed in the little 20 years.
03:44I mean, you know, you look at a magazine like Vogue, you know, in 2005, the September issue was almost
03:50a thousand pages.
03:51And today, like, I don't even know if they're going to have a September issue.
03:55So, um, you know, where Runway Magazine is today is, is, uh, made us really curious to explore, you know,
04:04where the story went.
04:04I will find the best in this work.
04:07You can write a book.
04:08The truths ever revealed on Miranda Presley.
04:12The winds that burn illuminate my path.
04:16Hey, wait.
04:17I hope you don't put that tonight.
04:20It's all.
04:21Jewett is, um, Miranda's romantic partner, which means, I think, probably that you have to be ready to buckle your
04:28seatbelt
04:29and expect possibly a beautifully bumpy ride, but, um, uh, you have to give her a lot of space, I
04:35think.
04:35So, I think the audience may be really interested to see how, in this new age Miranda,
04:41how does she deal with relationships and her partner, and how does that work, and I think, um,
04:46there's fun to be had from that, and maybe a reveal of a side to Miranda that we don't necessarily
04:52find familiar.
04:53So, for me, it was really a privilege to be part of that side and work with Meryl.
05:01Runway...
05:03...non è solo un magazine.
05:07È un'icona globale.
05:09Una via tortuosa che ci riporta di nuovo insieme.
05:17The first line that I read in the script about Andy this time around was
05:2120 years has done nothing to dim her heart or smarts.
05:25And I just went, oh, okay, great.
05:28She's traveled the world chasing stories,
05:30and now, like, I'm sure a lot of people who are here tonight, a lot of people watching,
05:34she's trying to navigate this very unstable world.
05:37I think she's at a time in her life when she wants some security,
05:40and security is proving hard to come by.
05:43And so, when she gets an invitation to rejoin Runway,
05:48suddenly, the job that she never wanted seems like a much nicer prospect.
05:52and you'll see why in the film.
05:58Oh, il colo in fiame!
05:59Oh, mio Dio, nascondi l'emozione per una volta, ti prego!
06:01I can turn a dance floor into a runway.
06:03I can turn a dance floor into a runway.
06:06E' che io amo il mio lavoro.
06:08I can turn a dance floor into a runway.
06:17I can turn a dance floor into a runway.
06:18I ain't no problem edCL
06:18Grazie per la visione!
