00:14In a statement, the Central Command of the ELN said, although we do not agree with elections, we respect them,
00:22we do not participate in them, nor do we encourage people to vote for any particular candidate.
00:27We have not issued any threats or taken action against candidates. We do not hold any government positions.
00:34Therefore, we do not administer anything in the legislative branch, regional administrations, or the judiciary, including courts, the prosecutor's office,
00:47the attorney general's office, and does not participate in any stage of the drug trafficking process.
00:53Therefore, we are not drug traffickers nor are we part of any cartel. We do not have agreements with any
00:59of them.
00:59Our history is clean and we will continue to promote an alternative proposal to address this critical problem affecting humanity.
