00:32and grow partnerships. Nigeria has never always been a receptor. In 1970s and 1980s, Nigeria was a
00:40donor. Nigeria gave aids to African countries and other countries. By leveraging our resources,
00:47Nigeria can actually make a name for itself. So indeed, it is time to put an end to reliance on
00:53foreign aid and look into what we have in Nigeria and grow our economy and develop the nation.
