00:00Well, the Conservative Party has profoundly changed. It's learned its lessons and it's under new leadership with a united and
00:07purposeful team and a good set of plans.
00:09Things like getting stamp duty cut, keeping council taxes down, putting 10,000 more police on our streets, ending Labour's
00:19early release schemes.
00:20So the Conservative Party is quite different now to the one that people may have supported in the past or
00:25not supported in the past.
00:26I appreciate that that may take time. That is why Kemi Badenoch and her team are working every day to
00:33try and get that message of change across.
00:36And I think that we are a credible party with a credible set of plans, not a protest vote, not
00:42just something that people will vote once and have five years to regret before they get another chance to vote
00:49for the local council again.
