01:04And the tools the government can use to address this shock,
01:10they've utilized as widely as they can.
01:14They've, you know, Executive Order 114
01:17eliminated the excise tax on LPG and kerosene,
01:22which, you know, affects a lot of households, including vulnerable households.
01:26They've fallen, they've deliberately
01:31not extended that to other fuel subsidies
01:34because this is a balancing act and a trade-off between maintaining government finances
01:41and maintaining government debt levels but also trying to alleviate the pain to the vulnerable groups and to the economy.

02:32a very high percentage of its fossil fuels come, you know, from the Middle East region,
02:37that should dissipate over time.
