A captain of a ship in the Strait of Hormuz said on Monday that reports of fresh attacks on merchant ships in the region were "quite disturbing" and that his crew's morale was once again "going down." Raman Kapoor told Sky News that the vessel he is on has been stationary in the strait since the war in Iran began in February.

He welcomed efforts by the U.S. to re-open the strait but acknowledged that there would be more uncertainty. (via The Associated Press)
