00:00I've never met a cow I don't like. I love meeting cows. I'm Eva Longoria and we are
00:07going for a coffee walk.
00:15Cooking makes me happy. My favorite cuisine to cook is Mexican so I guess
00:21the favorite dish would be tacos. Chicken tacos, beef tacos, soft tacos, hard tacos.
00:26Like I love a taco. I grew up on a ranch in Texas so I grew up with a lot
00:32of
00:32animals. Cows and chickens and pigs and I had to get eggs and I had to feed the
00:36cows and it was really fun to grow up on a ranch. When I did searching for France,
00:41searching for Spain, searching for Mexico, it was a lot of cows. So um yeah seeing
00:47cows makes me very nostalgic for Texas. And the smell of leña, of firewood. I lived
00:52in LA because I had to. The industry was there. Now the industry is everywhere in
00:56the world. So I mostly live between Mexico City and Spain in Marbella. And I
01:01love the easy living in Spain. They do what's called sobremesa which is just
01:05sit after a meal, talk, enjoy. And Mexico is very similar. They work to live. They
01:10like to enjoy life in both of those countries. Home is where my family is.
01:15And I think home isn't a place. It's the people you're with. I create that home
01:20feeling wherever I go. I could live anywhere in the world. When I'm feeling
01:24overwhelmed, I cook. Like I will get off a 12-hour flight and start cooking a
01:29four-hour meal. Oh croissant. Oh cab Sauvignon. Oh baguette or brioche. That's a hard one.
01:35But I'm gonna have to go with baguette. Steak feats all day long. I would love to
01:39dedicate my coffee to all the other foodies, all the travelers, all the
01:43culture seekers. This coffee's for you.
