Sure Send

Sure Send is a CRM built specifically for real estate professionals — flexible enough to fit any selling style, simple enough to start today, and powerful enough to see results this week.

At its core is Win the Day, a built-in gamification engine that turns daily relationship management into a competition your team actually wants to win. Marketing, automation, contact tracking, and communications are all live from day one — no plug-ins, no consultants, no learning curve.

Sure Send also includes a built-in referral network and an open marketplace where developers and users are constantly adding new tools and integrations. The result is a platform that grows with your business without locking you into it — no long-term contracts, no hidden fees, month to month.

Sure Send's built-in AI Copilot surfaces pre-call summaries, suggested talking points, and lead scores before every dial — so your team never goes into a conversation cold. Callers are more confident. Prospects are more engaged. Good things happen in less time.

00:00I'm Allison LaForgia with HousingWire and this is Housing Stack on Demand, powered by HousingWire
00:05and The Basis Point. We're bringing technology showcased at the gathering by HousingWire
00:09directly to you, giving lenders the insights they need to make smarter, more strategic
00:13tech stack decisions with the latest innovations from companies. This demo features SureSend by
00:19Easy Home Search. SureSend is a flexible, gamified CRM built for real estate teams
00:25who want results without the complexity. Built by a founder with 20 plus years in real estate,
00:32SureSend is shaped by experience, not theory. Month-to-month pricing, no hidden fees, and
00:37everything included from day one. SureSend is the CRM your team will actually use. All right,
00:43Preston, can you take us through what SureSend CRM has been up to? Yeah, we just launched SureSend
00:50CRM in January. We started working on it last year, early in the year, so in 2025, and we
00:58really wanted to build a CRM that is real estate focused, mortgage focused, but it also connects
01:04other industries as well. So I'm going to jump into, this is actually the login screen when you
01:09get into SureSend CRM. This is the dashboard. So once you log in, it'll connect you to your calendar,
01:16any of your, anything in the CRM that you need to take action on, whether it's, whether it's,
01:24you know, a contact you need to speak to, or somebody that you haven't talked to in a certain
01:29amount of days, it'll show up in this take action screen. In the take action screen, you'll be able
01:34to click on any of those contact records, and then see any activity that you need to do based on
01:40that.
01:42If I go into the contact screen, I'll show you kind of what that looks like.
01:48So as leads are coming in, or you're adding leads in, we want to make it super easy from the
01:53standpoint, you'll be able to see all the property activity from the individual users. You'll see if
01:59you have other software connected in here, you'll be able to see the activity from the homes they're
02:04viewing last time they logged in. You'll be able to build smart filters and lists from those
02:10activities. You know, one of the things we want to do obviously is with AI is build it into the
02:16system. So it's very, there's a lot of AI built into it from, you have a little AI widget in
02:22the
02:22right-hand side, you could just open up AI assistant, you type in things like set automations and things
02:28like that. You could also, a lot of systems are built in a way where the AI is after the
02:34call,
02:34right? So you have the call, it'll break down the transcription and give you an idea of everything
02:39and points and set up appointments and things from that. We have that built in, but one thing
02:43we want to focus on is actually building in a pre-call AI. So like you think of all the
02:49data
02:50that comes into a CRM, you know, if you have agents on it, they're calling leads in a pond,
02:55you know, there could be multiple calls that happen. So we want to build it in where you could
03:00actually do a pre-call AI summary. So what you would do is you would just click the, click the
03:04call
03:04button. You have the option here. We want to do it in a panel. So there's a dialer built in,
03:09you could
03:10text, email, all those things, but you have the option to transfer the call, to set an appointment
03:16all in this call panel on the right-hand side. And with this one, if, you know, before I want
03:21to make
03:21the call, you could just click the generate AI summary button. Once you click that, it'll analyze
03:27the data. Hopefully it doesn't take too long. It typically takes a couple seconds depending on how much
03:32information is there. And what it does, it'll pull the last engagement key details, your engagement
03:38signals, and then recommended approach. So with the recommended approach, it'll pull in any
03:44information where if it's like you had a call with somebody and you were talking about rate information
03:48or they need to sell a house or whatever it was, it'll give you the recommended approach based on
03:54the last conversation and all the information in that actual contact record. And this is across any
04:00industry. Like this is not only real estate, mortgage, you know, this could be, we use it
04:05to sell Easy Home Search and SureSend. And so the same things, you know, a lot of the conversations
04:10we've had in the past, we could just click on that AI summary and it'll automatically do that.
04:15It'll give you details on the previous conversations. Something else from the dashboard as well, which
04:22you would start here, we build in this, it's called Win the Day. So, so many systems are built
04:28where it's like the company focus and it's not on the individual salesperson or the rep or whoever
04:33it is. We want to build it where they start with the dashboard, they check their calendar
04:38and do those things. And then they go into the Win the Day section. And here, the idea is like,
04:43you'll have tasks you need to clear, update appointments, daily contact, your prospecting
04:48time, email responses. So you could do all those things at the Win the Day section. And then daily
04:53conversations, you could set that based on how many conversations you want to have. Our system
04:58tracks conversations, anything lasting over 90 seconds is a conversation. And then you have
05:05this unique feature is what we call the daily wellness check-in. So the idea with that is
05:09like anybody could put anything that's important to them in this, in this section. And then you
05:15just manually check them off like, okay, for me today, it was workout, daily devotional, minimum
05:20three social posts, and then daily prayer. Once you check those off, the green check mark in the
05:26weekly streak for the day checks off. So the idea is you got to win. You got to clear the
05:33list to win
05:33the day. So win today's day. You got to do that five days in a week to win the week.
05:40And then you
05:41need to do that 20 days in a month to win the month. And then what it'll do every Monday,
05:45it'll update
05:46this, this, uh, your rank and within the, uh, within the company. So it'll, it ranks it depending
05:53on how many people you have that are set up for rankings. It'll show that rank every Monday and
05:58update. You have the option to turn off people, um, and things like that. The other thing it does,
06:04it shows your monthly progress and then your, your goals progress. This is all based on, um, what you're
06:11doing in the system. So it'll give you, uh, percentages based on how many people do I contact
06:16to lead to a conversation. You know, how many conversations does it take to set an appointment,
06:21uh, the appointment set to met rate appointment to contract rate, and then the contract to close
06:25rate. And then it'll give you a daily, uh, it'll give you a value based on all those things over
06:31a
06:31six month rolling window. And then as like salespeople or prospect, you know, give them a weekly
06:36activity, like what is the value, you know, of, of how many calls I made this week or how many
06:41appointments I set all those things. So it'll give you a weekly pipeline value. So, you know, a lot of
06:46times with salespeople, they don't understand like, Oh, I don't want to make so many calls, but they could
06:50actually tie a tangible value to that based on the previous six months with this. Something that we
06:57just launched too was, um, and I, obviously I could spend an hour on the demo, but as you know,
07:03just want
07:03to give her a couple big points, um, is a referral. So we build it where you could actually go
07:10to a
07:10contact record and say, you know, if I'm an agent or if I'm an LO and I want to refer
07:15this to a real
07:16estate agent, or if I'm a loan officer or a real estate agent, I want to refer to a loan
07:22officer.
07:23You could actually go into the actual contact record, click refer. You could type in whatever
07:28the company is. So let me go in here and say responsive mortgage in Sarasota. I want to send
07:35this person over to them. So what it does, it takes anybody in the database that is a user.
07:40You could actually search them by category, or you could search them by the actual name. So I'd
07:46select this one, go to next. I could select all the information I want to, I want to send over.
07:51Um, and then once you do that, you go to the next one, you select,
07:56how often do I want to be updated on this person I'm referring over? Obviously if it's, uh, real
08:01estate, you could have to attach a referral fee to it. Obviously, you know, most other referrals,
08:07you can't attach a referral fee to it. And then you put additional notes in here and then you would
08:11go to next and you would send it over. What that does, it pushes to that team or company. They
08:17accept
08:17the referral and then they have to update you based on that, you know, and, and don't only think
08:23about this from a, um, real estate to mortgage scenario. I really feel like there's a lot of
08:29referrals we lose across many different professions because there's not an easy way to refer to our
08:35attorney or to our, you know, roofer or to our, whoever it is. And the way this works is because
08:42this system is built to be industry agnostic. You could push over to all those different referral
08:47sources without even having to leave the CRM. So if I click send referral here, it would push into
08:53that company's, um, that company's CRM and it would just go in here with showing the referrals. They
09:00could open it up. This one's pending. If I accepted this one and I was in that account, they would
09:06actually have the, um, you know, that, that would actually pull all that information from that contact
09:12record into their account. Um, one other thing I want to go into real quick. We,
09:20we just launched, uh, recently, uh, uh, MCP connector with Claude. So what that's allowing,
09:26uh, what will allow CRM users to do is do things that a lot of times take a lot of
09:32time. Like you
09:33think of a real estate CMA, which, you know, if you type in an address, it could take a long
09:39time to
09:39find, uh, find different properties and everything else when you're doing a CMA. This is one I did
09:45in less than 15 minutes, just to show you what it looks like. So we built it in Claude
09:49Co-Work. We pushed it into SureSend and it built this CMA email in less than 15 minutes. It typed
09:57in the address. It pulled out all the comps based on the easy home search, uh, MCP connector we had
10:03built and anybody that's a SureSend user would have access to this. So it created this email,
10:10um, all the data, all the sold properties, but you could actually type in and upload your brand
10:16guidelines. It would do all these, um, within the actual system as well. And then it sent it out.
10:22So from typing in an address, doing the CMA on a property to sending that email to a consumer,
10:30you know, in this scenario, it took less than 15 minutes. Um, once the template's built,
10:36it's something that you do within, you know, five or 10 minutes really. Um, and the same thing
10:41would save property searches. We did that as well, where we create an email, um, gave the properties
10:47and it created all these links and everything else. And if you click on the link, it would take back
10:52to
10:52whether it's easy home search or whatever property website you're using, uh, it'll automatically pull
10:57those links in and, and push them back to that, uh, that website whenever they click on the links.
11:05And then there's a ton of other things in here. Um, everything you think of from voicemails to
11:10calendars, tying in your calendars, to text message, to AI calling, to AI texting, to AI emails.
11:17You know, we built this in a way to, uh, you know, make salespeople more efficient. And then also
11:23understanding that we've been in the real estate industry, mortgage industry for 20 years. So we
11:28understand a lot of the systems out there, the inefficiencies that are built into them. So we wanted
11:34to make sure a lot of those things were built into the actual launch of, uh, SureSend CRM.
11:40Preston, thank you so much for taking us through SureSend CRM. For our audience, for more information
