30:19Just from what I had seen, I knew that I was kind of instantly attracted to her.
30:24And I felt that there was a little bit more to her than I at first.
30:28So, yeah, I just wanted to kind of get to know her.
30:30And, yeah, we just ended up hitting it off straight away.

35:59obviously you want to be in there but then when you know your time's up it's up obviously what happened
36:03with me and jake is you know from the moment i met him we had an instant connection we was
36:09getting on
36:09really well and then you know as we started to face challenges as a couple we just unfortunately
36:15couldn't overcome them and i don't think we was making each other happy anymore we're very similar
36:20but we deal with things differently and obviously we come to a point where we're clashing in the end
36:24if i walked out on my own i would have been happy walking out on my own um i think

38:14you were actually in there how is it kind of to i don't know have you spoken to each other

38:22how are you feeling liberty first of all yeah obviously it's just mad uh you know coming out
38:27the villa it's just crazy and yeah i'm happy to be on the show and i'm happy to obviously be

38:33with everyone it's great well you've had a few days apart how are you feeling right now jake
38:37shitting it why i don't know just running things you don't know what's coming uh well we're going to
38:43go back to the very start to the very start because you were the first couple that were put together
38:47i remember the coupling up and that you know you stood forward you picked and it was like the og
38:51couple um and your relationship it really blossomed quite quickly compared to other people in there
38:56jake um let's talk about the first few weeks what was that like i was meant like you couldn't fault
39:01it it was just like the whole the first three weeks we were together when i asked me girlfriend
39:06everything was fun everything was happy smiley it like it was wicked um yeah you can't like there's
39:12not much more to say to myself yeah it was it was good crap like yeah it was good fun
39:16and it was
39:16like you were each other's journey what was it like kind of being with someone so quickly and
39:21just being with them the whole time there because some people have gotten through quite a few people
39:24yeah i think for me you know like as soon as i met jack i think we just instantly clicked
39:29so yeah
39:30it just went from strength to strength obviously in them first few weeks so yeah and then jake
39:35obviously you popped the question with the bracelets were you nervous at that stage yeah were you well no
39:41there was more nervous at the fact when i was at the bar yeah because i was trying to not
39:44hint anything
39:44from the next stage so i was trying to make a conversation out of nothing yeah so then go on
39:49to the next point but yeah it was more of the bar i was nervous and in that moment liberty
39:53you know
39:53the kind of motions you you you kind of accidentally i think dropped the l bomb or you know slipped
39:58out
39:58or what talk to me about how you felt in that moment yeah obviously despite what's happened since
40:03and stuff to me obviously that was such a good memory and yeah and yeah i mean i meant what

40:08know at that moment in time i did feel that way so it just sort of blurted out in in
40:13i know hindsight's great to
40:14look back and you kind of can see things differently but but do you think you guys
40:17moved too fast or is there anything you would have changed when you were in their liberty i think we
40:21was like in our honeymoon phase i wouldn't change anything because i feel like you know everything's
40:25worked out but um the way it was meant to i don't regret my journey at all but obviously i
40:30think
40:30you know yeah at the time it was just like our honeymoon phase everything was perfect and then
40:35you have to overcome challenges and unfortunately we just wasn't able to there was lots of challenges in
40:41there and that not everyone got through like casa and more which you guys seem to like get through
40:46pretty well was there ever a time where either of you thought that your heads could be turned no i
40:50felt like a spare part in casa and more actually like frank's made it at one point for putting me
40:54for a chat to talk about his interest in cars because i literally just like was not interested in
40:59anyone so same for you i was walking up down the kitchen doing laps giving steps i don't know where
41:03to go i was like what do i do where do i go who do i chat to and yeah
41:06it was uh yeah well after casa
41:08came mad movies that's kind of where i feel maybe cracks kind of began to to show talk to me
41:13about how
41:13that was liberty yeah obviously like it wasn't a nice thing to hear and stuff but i feel like it
41:18wasn't it was other contributing factors as well but obviously yeah that obviously was a tough night for me
41:24but um you know i've always said be true to myself and i'm glad that i was honest with myself
41:28on that
41:29night yeah and got how i felt over my life off my chest because then i wouldn't have been able
41:32to
41:32overcome it it was really it was really difficult and probably for you as well to see how hurt liberty
41:37was then um but then soon afterwards you told liberty you loved her um and some people think that it
41:44took a while even though actually in the grand scheme of things it was a few weeks what was it
41:48about
41:48that time did that feel like the right time did you feel it came too soon or it was just
41:52a case i can't
41:53i struggled to articulate my words and express she never like i would never say how much how i
41:58felt about her yeah and it was that moment where she just said to me how do you feel and
42:01i just
42:02told her there and then do you feel you told liberty enough when you were in there like how you
42:05felt or
42:06do you feel what what what what do you wish you know just feel like i was i don't know
42:10what it's
42:11weird when you're in there it's hard to kind of explain if you're not in there yeah you try to
42:16tell
42:16people on the outside but it's so hard because it's so intense and it was just the right moment for
42:20me and i
42:22well she asked me how i felt and right then i told her how i felt that's how it was
42:25jake when you're
42:26in there and everyone had obstacles and there was suggestions that you being fake at some point
42:31but this is the time for you to say do you feel like you were your authentic self when you're
42:35in
42:36there is anything you want to say about that i just got a last one issue because at the end
42:40of
42:40the day if i was to be playing a game or whatever people say i'd still be in there do
42:43you know what
42:44i mean i it's to me is where this that's what got me the most where this fake and not
42:49genuine
42:49always comes to me i was like that's probably what hurt me a lot what me and jack had to
42:54begin with
42:54was genuine it was like reciprocated on both parts i just think obviously as challenges like overcoming
43:00we overcome the honeymoon fires we did see that we were dealt with things differently and communicated
43:04different and you know we was different people towards the end you know well liberty you confided
43:10it in faith was a moment um when you started to have doubts and you weren't sure what was happening
43:14with you guys we're just going to remind ourselves of that have a look at this
43:19if i'm giving someone 100 energy and i'm not getting in return then i'd rather walk out here
43:24with my head held not knowing that i've started treating myself the whole way through you have stayed
43:28true to yourself yeah and that's why you're staying here because you have i don't want to stay
43:37to myself and do that i love you love you and that's what you're going to be here for that's
43:45what you're going to be here for jake you haven't seen that before how is it saying that i'm actually
43:52getting upset yeah i am as well when i see like oh jesus it's um yeah it's not nice to

44:04poor yeah it wasn't an easy decision no it was it was so hard because obviously you know i do
