00:00:40Mining mogul Parker Schnabel is on a tear.
00:00:45Ten weeks into the season, he's already stacked $15 million in gold.
00:00:51Now he's shifting into overdrive, eager to take advantage of the summer weather.
00:00:57So we just have to make hay while the sun shines and run four plants.
00:01:06Mitch and Brennan, now they're running on the Indian River.
00:01:09That's the next big pit for Roxanne.
00:01:12And, of course, we still have the two plants at Dominion plugging away.
00:01:18Tyson's doing really well this year.
00:01:20He's doing a very good job of handling things at Dominion.
00:01:25But we just have to kick it in high gear.
00:01:33This year is definitely the most I've ever taken on in my career.
00:01:36And definitely pushing me to my limits, seeing what I'm capable of.
00:01:40Definitely keeping me busy.
00:01:41On average, I'm working from 15 to 16 hours a day.
00:01:47But, man, am I tired.

00:03:03At his least ground on the Indian River, Roxanne is pounding through pay dirt.
00:03:10Ten miles north, at Dominion, wash plant Bob is sluicing the bridge cut.
00:03:17Two miles away, Slucifer is finishing off the first 11 acres of the Golden Mile.
00:03:24Now, Parker wants Tyson to move Slucifer 800 feet to a new pad to sluice the next 15-acre section.
00:03:35To get through the pay as fast as possible, Parker wants to resurrect his old plant, Big Red, and set
00:03:43it up next to Slucifer, doubling his Golden Mile firepower.
00:03:55The mechanics are not going to be happy.
00:03:58Big Red screen deck, the sluice runs, and the pre-wash need a lot of work.
00:04:05And that's pretty much what makes up a wash plant.
00:04:08And Parker wants it running by the end of the week.
00:04:14Yeah, this plant was in really bad shape.
00:04:18After last year and pieces flying off of it, the thought of even rebuilding it surprised me.
00:04:24Last season, after 13 years hard mining, Big Red suffered a catastrophic breakdown.
00:04:33Now, Parker's mechanics need to resurrect her in just three days.

00:08:19Tony's already mined $10 million in gold and wants a lot more, opening up his biggest cut ever, the 46
00:08:29-acre corner cut.
00:08:31The corner cut is so f***ing big that it's going to take us a while to get down the pay.
00:08:37Not only that, a fair amount of it is frozen.
00:08:41So we got the river cut down there that we cleaned up last year, so that's ready to go.
00:08:45So that buys us a little bit of time so that we can get the corner cut ready.
00:08:50You gotta have ground ahead.
00:08:53You cannot shut down for 14 days because you weren't ready.

00:09:00To get through all this ground, Tony's dropped a million dollars on a new wash plan.
00:09:07The new sluice box is arriving today, so that'd be pretty exciting.

00:10:54In the 22-acre early bird cut, his wash plant, Slusalot, has nearly finished chewing through its pay.
00:11:02Once it's out, Tony wants to move it upstream to run his piggy bank, the 17-acre river cut.
00:11:10Then, he'll bring in his brand-new wash plant to sit side by side.
00:11:16Together, they could bring in upwards of $16,000 in gold per hour.
00:11:25There's just one problem.
00:11:27The river cut is flooded.
00:11:34We've got to take a foam for the pump.
00:11:37We'll get rid of all the dirt.
00:11:40So we're going to put the pump in, and then we'll pump the water down, and then it should be
00:11:44pretty much good until we're completely finished with this cut.
00:11:51Now we can put this side boom in place.
00:11:54Foreman, cousin Mike, brings in their submersible pump, capable of shifting 1,000 gallons of water an hour.

00:16:39But now, out of the blue, we get a water license here at Vegas Valley.
00:16:44And we're not prepared for it, but the hell yeah, we're coming back to it.

00:16:50To get Troy 100 ounces by the end of the week, Rick plans to run a stockpile of Vegas Valley
00:16:57pay left over from last season.

00:17:37Right behind the grizzlies where boulders the size of small cars are coming off of.
00:17:42Rick's tasked mechanic Ryan Kent and his crew to cut out the damaged area of pipe, pull both ends together
00:17:50and clamp it back in place.
00:17:52Kyle will get his chainsaw. He'll chop that up. We'll be able to yank it and we'll get it close
00:17:57enough to put those together.
00:17:58I hate doing that band-aid, but we're out of time for this season, so we just can't run the
00:18:03plant until it's done.
00:18:04So, yeah, well, I'll get the 460 over and let's hammer it out.

00:22:45Nearly halfway through the season, the sophomore mind boss is short on crew, short on gold, and short on time.
00:22:57The gold not being quite as good as we had hoped.
00:23:01It's making me a little hesitant about a 2,000-ounce gold.
00:23:04We're not hurting yet, but it's definitely not great.
00:23:06So, we're going to have to speed up, be more efficient.
00:23:10And the new cut, once we get into there, we're going to have to open it up pretty quick.
00:23:14Otherwise, we're going to have no pay to run, which means no gold in the box.
00:23:17Which means no money coming in, which means no bills being paid.
00:23:22So, better pick and ride, I guess.
00:23:36So, we just have to figure out what is going to be the quickest, easiest, fastest options.

00:24:57a stockpile left to run.
00:24:59500 feet up the valley is his new seven-acre Sphinx Cut.
00:25:05He needs it ripped, stripped, and down to pay in the first section, before his stockpile runs out in a
00:25:13week's time.
00:25:20With no time to waste, Kevin sends in operator Tyler Potter in his biggest dirt mover, the D10 Dozer.
