Russia lost $7 billion in oil revenues due to Ukrainian drone strikes
Transcript
00:00King Charles just laid Donald Trump out in front of the entire world during a joint session of the United
00:07States Congress, and King Charles did it without even mentioning Donald Trump's name once.
00:14Instead, King Charles spoke about the system of checks and balances and how the executive branch must function in coordination
00:25with and as countered by other branches in the United States government.
00:31King Charles talked about the importance of NATO and why NATO needs to support Ukraine. King Charles talked about how
00:41the word of the United States is important and matters, and the weight with which it carries should always be
00:50of paramount import, which there were then audible groans in the audience.
00:55Obviously, he was talking about the fact that Donald Trump has undermined the weight of what it means when the
01:02United States speaks, and there was even more than that.
01:06Let me show you what went down during this joint session, and I think you'll see how King Charles really
01:13was able to call Trump out in his own way.
01:17So here is where King Charles talks about the word of America carrying weight throughout the world.
01:25In other words, stop lying about every damn thing, Donald.
01:29Here, play this clip.
01:31America's words carry weight and meaning.
01:35As they have since independence, the actions of this great nation matter even more.
01:42Then King Charles talked about the United States Supreme Court Historical Society and how it calculated that the Magna Carta
01:52is cited in at least 160 Supreme Court cases regarding the principles of executive power is subject to checks and
02:04balances.
02:05What do you think he's talking about here?
02:07Here, play this clip.
02:09Roots go even further back in history.
02:11The U.S. Supreme Court Historical Society has calculated that Magna Carta is cited in at least 160 Supreme Court
02:23cases since 1789, not least as the foundation of the principle that executive power is subject to checks and balances.
02:34The U.S. Supreme Court Services.
02:55The U.S. Supreme Court Services.
02:59The U.S. Supreme Court Services.
03:02Next, King Charles talks about how in the immediate aftermath of September 11th, when NATO invoked Article 5, NATO was
03:12there for the United States.
03:14They were there with the United States in Afghanistan, and that moment and other moments with NATO have defined a
03:23shared experience and how NATO needs to be strong and how NATO needs to support Ukraine.
03:30This, as Donald Trump has invited Putin to the G-20 in Miami at a Trump property in December.
03:38This, as Trump continues to attack Ukraine.
03:40It's clear what King Charles was saying here and who it was directed to.
03:46Let's play this clip.
04:10In the immediate aftermath of 9-11, when NATO invoked Article 5 for the first time,
04:17and the United Nations Security Council was united in the face of terror, we answered the call together, as our
04:26people have done so for more than a century, shoulder to shoulder, through two world wars, the Cold War, Afghanistan,
04:35and moments that have defined our shared security.
04:39Today, Mr. Speaker, that same unyielding resolve is needed for the defense of Ukraine and her most courageous people.
05:10It is needed in order to secure a truly just and lasting peace.
05:17Next, as Donald Trump continues to attack the Pope, as Donald Trump posts AI images of himself as Jesus, as
05:27Donald Trump demeans religion, again, whether you're religious or not, I always say here on this network, that's not a
05:33focus of this network.
05:34Whether you're religious, no religion, just be a good person.
05:37In any event, King Charles says, look, we need to respect the Christian faith.
05:42It's an anchor of daily inspiration.
05:44And again, who do you think this is directed at?
05:47I don't know.
05:48Maybe the guy who attacks the Pope every day and does AI images of himself as Jesus.
05:52Here, play this clip.
05:55And Mr. Speaker, for many here and for myself, the Christian faith is a firm anchor and daily inspiration that
06:06guides us, not only personally.
06:26That guides us, not only personally, but together as members of our community, having devoted a large part of my
06:33life to interfaith relationships.
06:41And greater understanding, it is that faith in the triumph of light over darkness, which I have found confirmed countless
06:51times.
06:52Through it, I am inspired by the profound respect that develops as people of different faiths grow in their understanding
07:01of each other.
07:10It is why, which is my hope, my prayer, that in these turbulent times, working together and with our international
07:21partners, we can stem the beating of plowshares into swords.
07:34And then there was this other brilliant moment where the cameraman immediately switched from King Charles to EPA Administrator Lee
07:44Zeldin, following this line from King Charles, as Rupert puts it.
07:48Here, play this clip.
07:50As we celebrate the beauty that surrounds us, our generation must decide how to address the collapse of critical natural
08:00systems, which threatens far more than the harmony and essential diversity of nature.
08:06We ignore at our peril, we ignore at our peril, the fact that these natural systems, in other words, nature's
08:13own economy, provide the foundation for our prosperity and our national security.
08:33Now, right as this speech was taking place, Donald Trump thought it wise to post an attack against Germany.
08:43Donald Trump posts the chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Maers, thinks it's OK for Iran to have a nuclear weapon.
08:49He doesn't know what he's talking about.
08:52If Iran had a nuclear weapon, the whole world would be held hostage.
08:55I am doing something with Iran right now that other nations are president should have done long ago.
09:00No wonder Germany is doing so poorly, both economically and otherwise.
09:05Donald J. Trump.
09:05This is the part where King Charles says your words carry weight when you make lies like this about the
09:13German chancellor, about the economic condition of Germany.
09:16Germany, your word doesn't carry any weight when you say that things are going well and your negotiations with Iran
09:23and Iran doesn't even want to speak to you.
09:25Your words no longer carry weight.
09:27Speaking of executive branch power, which was a theme of King Charles speech.
09:33As the speech was taking place, we learned that James Comey was indicted for a second time by Trump's DOJ.
09:41This time, Comey was indicted on charges based on a social media post.
09:46Remember when MAGA was like, we think that the UK is an authoritarian state for prosecuting people based on social
09:54media posts?
09:54And there, the UK prosecuted someone who was making like actual threats on social media and off social media, far
10:01right wing extremist, hateful, insightful speech.
10:04Well, here, Comey's allegedly being prosecuted for a social media post he made in May 2025, where he posted a
10:13picture of shells on the beach that spelled 8647.
10:18You know, MAGA influencers like Jack Posobiec and others previously posted things like 8646 as it related to former President
10:26Biden.
10:27But now the Trump regime is trying to tie Comey's May 2025 post with the alleged incident at the White
10:35House Correspondents Dinner, because as the Trump regime covers up the Epstein files, the catastrophic war, the disastrous economy, they
10:43want all the focus on that.
10:45And also, James Comey's daughter, Maureen Comey, won a big motion in federal court in Manhattan that said her lawsuit
10:54against the Trump regime can proceed.
10:56So now this indictment, I guess the Trump DOJ is now the social media police.
11:01If they don't like what you post on social media, if you hurt their feelings, they come after you.
11:06But I go back to King Charles speech right here, which is the executive branch needs to have a check
11:12on its power.
11:13Article one, article three, do your damn job.
11:17Also, while that speech was taking place, it should be noted that the Southern Poverty Law Center filed a motion
11:25in order to disclose the secret grand jury proceedings, because they say all the things the Trump regime said about
11:32them was an utter lie.
11:34They said, for example, you had Todd Blanche said that when the Southern Poverty Law Center worked with informants that
11:42they never shared the information with the Alabama police and they never shared it with other police departments.
11:49And the Southern Poverty Law Center says, well, of course we shared it.
11:53Where do you think they got their information from?
11:55Did you lie to the grand jury about everything to secure this indictment?
11:59Think about that, because that's probably what they did with Comey as well.
12:03That's what they do with Abrego.
12:05That's what they did with all of these people.
12:08And in a court filing, Southern Poverty Law Center accused the Trump administration of false claims.
12:13In addition to the false claims about Charlottesville, administration officials have made repeated false and highly prejudicial statements about the
12:21SPLC and its activities, including the fanciful and baseless claim that the SPLC is giving money to the KKK.
12:28An allegation not even supported by or contained in the indictment itself, they accused Kash Patel of naked partisanship in
12:37a Patel Fox News appearance in order to try to keep his job.
12:40Keep your eyes on that one other very notable thing.
12:44In addition to all of those clips I shared with you earlier of the UK ambassador to the United States
12:51saying that there is no special relationship between the UK and the United States.
12:55The only special relationship is the United States and Netanyahu at this point.
13:00And also the UK ambassador to the United States back in February is captured on this audio said he's shocked
13:06that there was no consequences in the US for the Trump regime officials for their cover up of the Epstein
13:11files.
13:12That audio was released.
13:13But in addition to that, what's not getting enough attention was that Keir Starmer's chief of staff, Morgan McSweeney, who
13:20was responsible for bringing the prior UK ambassador, Peter Mandelson, onto as the UK ambassador to the United States before
13:30the new guy basically was brought on.
13:32They brought on Mandelson basically because he was part of the Epstein class.
13:37Uh, McSweeney was testifying before a foreign affairs committee, uh, before the UK parliament.
13:43And he was like, yeah, if Kamala Harris would have won, we wouldn't have picked Mandelson.
13:47We picked Mandelson because he was Trump's guy.
13:50Of course he was Trump's guy.
13:51You're all part of the Epstein class.
13:53Here, play this clip.
13:55Uh, had Kamala Harris won the US presidential elections, I don't think he would have gotten the job.
14:00He was certainly lobbying for the job.
14:03He did, uh, but I think that Oxford University shows he was also hedging because he didn't know where he
14:09was going to get it or didn't think he was going to get it.
14:11So he was also looking at other opportunities.
14:14He did say to me when he was asking, when he was saying to me that he was interested in
14:18a job, that he was also going for Oxford University.
14:21And my view to him was that's, these are incompatible.
14:25I don't see how you could, how you could do both.
14:27And the, the, if you're telling him that he's incompatible, then you wouldn't be asking for official advice on whether
14:32he could do it part time.
14:33I don't think I would have, but I, I, I can't say for certain.
14:36And if I, why wouldn't you remember something like that?
14:39I mean, it is pretty, pretty interesting.
14:41I can't remember doing, I can't remember doing so.
14:44So I, I think you're right.
14:45I would have remembered, I'd remembered if I would have, but I can't remember ever doing so.
14:50There you have it, folks.
14:51Let me know what you think.
14:52Hit subscribe.
14:52Let's get to 7 million.
