00:00A day, a week, a year, a career can really take a toll on somebody.
00:05Who helps the helpers was a big theme of this season, but
00:09it's been sort of baked into the intentionality of the show is to really
00:12show that this is difficult work and if they don't make use of some sort of
00:17mental health resource to offload that, to contextualize it,
00:20it can oftentimes take a real toll on your psyche.
00:24So we really wanted to show that this is heroic work being done by human beings
00:29that have capacities that get reached and the strength of our health care system
00:36is with the way that we support the people who are in it.
00:40The people that are responding to that is really, really gratifying.
00:43And what would Dr. Robbie sing in a karaoke episode if he were to make a cameo?
